should be done by following the method and the rules of the organization.
Self-job management: The self-managed jobs or the work will be accepted after watching or
checking the quality of the work which has been provided by the employer. The employer cannot
negotiate with the quality of the job which has been provided by the employer by itself because
the next job will be assigned by clearing the current which has been provided by the employer
and it will be followed by the previous performance of the job.
Understanding the council responsibility and knowledge for the application by the
candidate: The staff should follow the rules and the regulation of the company while completing

1.3 Make recommendations for improvement
The human resource sector wants to promote themselves, and for that, a perfect improvement is
required by the company which helps to develop the sector. On the other hand the total
development is completely lying on the hands of the office employees because the office
employees are the person who can develop the sector by showing their interpersonal skills in
their work which will give a certain progress to work. The workers have to take the initiative to
take the company to its zenith by fixing the problems and other issues like improving the good
will factors, providing the good service and by minimizing the cost factors. On the other hand,
the company has to monitor the executive level which will ease a lot of working stress from the
employees. There is some initiative which has been taken by the both company, and the
employees to for the improvement of the company and those are:
Management reviews: The managerial change and the organizational change are the vital
change by which the individual response the changes.

understand companies' atmosphere better than another person because they know the details of
the small things and everything inside the company. So, in that case, the employers should
execute the ideas to develop the organization, and all the employers should be encouraged by the
company to develop the structure of the company.
Personal practice will be defended for the improvement: By defending the personal working
habit in the company will help the workplace to improve and also help the workplace to design
systematically for the workers.
Participation of the co-workers: This is a modernize thinking by the company to involve the
worker's son every decision because this will bring the collaboration of the work among the
workers and also with this the workers can share their knowledge among themselves for creating
the new process the company. This will ultimate help the company to for further development.

performance.
In all sectors of the business and organization, both motivation and dedication are required for
the workers to do their job in an enthusiastic manner. For that reason, the leader has to, motivate
and encourage the staffs in their employees rather than becoming strict to the employers the
leader or the manager has to be friendly with the employees for the work. In this case, the lower
level staffs always want to do their work in dedication because they have some physical need
like food and shelter. It is very much clear that the management theories tries to motivate the
workers in their work. This happens because the executive always wants to look after the
demand of the workers, but the executive also has to look after the extra and unnecessary
demands which may harm the companies' ethics. In this case, the manager has to look at the
motivational theories which will restrict the unnecessary demand of the employers. But among
the lower level employee’s money is not only a big factor but also the actual motivation for those
workers which the manager has to keep in mind. The benefits which are given by the

identify the problem and then understand the nature of the problem to rectify and solve the
problem. On the other hand, the employers have to take the initiative to solve the problem
because the employers are the best option to solve the problem. For solving the problem, there
are some points given below:

Task 3:
LO3: Understand the dynamics of working with others
3.1 Explaining the roles people play in a team and how they can work together to achieve
shared goals
The primary objective of this section is to elaborate the elements and qualities required for a
good team building support and teamwork. Every individual member of the team plays a
significant role in the task taken up by the team. Therefore, the role playing and togetherness
compactly is executed in the following ways:
Job requirements:creating the demand of job is the primary concern and then following the
rules and regulation, the jobs are categorized. The requirements of the legible candidate are
displayed on the sites to attract and extract the best possible and appropriate candidates. Apart
from that, keeping in mind the customer needs, the company formulates plan according to the
needs, and that fulfills both side purposes. The risk of the job is a mandatory that needs to be
dealt with and classification also (Bridgstock, 2011).
Resource allocation: The employees are to be provided with necessary elements and resources
to work, and that initiates the management process. The current and practice requirements are to
be compensated with tools and skills. It is necessary to test and scrutiny the allotted resources to
make sure of the authenticity of the devices (Cassidy, 2006).
Group communication:The team members need to communicate all the plans and programs to
each other. Thecompletion of the work on time is an essential need andnon-experts are to be
guided in this way. Then capability of the candidates and teammates are to be utilized to its full
sense and hence, creating the maximum profitability and productivity (Cottrell, 2015).
Fulfilling job requirements: The human resource manager is responsible for selecting the
eligible candidates who are holding the skills to meet the job requirements. The certain
limitations of the implicit techniques of selection give birth to an independent output (Jackson,
2015).
Training and job performance: Training and educating new candidates is essential to make
them know the systems and procedures how the concepts and principles are implemented. Not
every member is expected to everything about the job nor do they can grab them in a short
period. Thus, to avoid any problematic situation, the available human resources should assess the
performance of the employees. The objective of the team should be clear on the members as well
as the rules and regulations of the company (Overtoom, 2000).
3.2 Analysis of team dynamics
In the workplace and corporate sector, teamwork is the essential elements that show the abilities
sand skills of the employees in decision making perspectives and leadership qualities. Not every
member can hold the leadership qualities but the leaders need to be good motivates who will help
the other members to work efficiently. The team members aim to work for the best possible

output with their skills. Team dynamics refer to the various elements of the team that helps them
to achieve their goals (Wilton, 2011).
There lies many tough situations and characteristics while maintaining a team. The variety of
products, services, thinking, and perspectives create the difficult circumstances where it becomes
difficult to manage up the loopholes. The increasing difficulties can be classified based on the
work elasticity and skilling in multipurpose fields. The team formation is a factor that every
member should be cautious about to avoid future problems. Expertise candidates and employees
are required to form the team cores and framework. Looking into the comfort zones and areas of
skills is necessary to let the employees work according to their abilities and support. Especially,
the superior member like team leaders, coordinator and managers are to look into the matter of
job specification of each member and train those (Masonet al. 2011).
However, every team member is responsible for culturing the obstacles of the job and participate
in finding the solutions to them. Optimism is another factor that exists in the team, and it should
be focused on to analyze the performance levels. It is the duty of the team dynamics to take into
consideration the term contribution. Contribution enables the sharing of materials and thoughts
that enhance the team's work efficiency. It is the responsibility of the members of the team to
deal with this kind of elements. The sharing of ideas and contributing the best effortsenhances
the skills and capabilities of the team members to work efficiently and increase the productivity
of the firm (Helyer and Lee, 2014).
Decentralization policy is a factor that influences teamwork, and every individual team member
is allowed to use their perceptions and skills to add more quality to the tasks. Expertise in
concerned jobs is necessary, and that increases the overall outcome. There are few tasks that are
interdependent, and that requires coordination of the team member to help each other out for
resolving the job requirements. The act of division is necessary which allocates the partial tasks
to each member and contributing to the whole project. In group dynamics, any one or rather the
team leaders need to understand the task objective and the others put their best efforts and skills
to make it a fruitful assignment outcome (Bridgstock, 2009).
3.3 Suggesting alternative ways to complete tasks and achieve team goals
The team objective is the primary field of understanding. Coordination of the members and
formation of the framework is an essential point where all the possibilities, advantages,
disadvantages and drawbacks are analyzed and according to that, the plans are made. Therefore,
alternative ways to complete the tasks is referred to specialized backups and allocation of expert
workers in the project. Suppose when a team member is not able to deliver their concerned
function due to absenteeism or health issues, the other members of the team have to both
coordinate and sort out his portion of work or the team leader appoints some other expert to
fulfill his job. Continuous performance regulates this kind of issues and ultimately aims to the
completion of the tasks on right time (Asonitou, 2015).

Task 4:
LO4: Be able to develop strategies for problem-solving
4.1 Evaluating tools and methods for developing solutions to problems
This section of the project deals with the specification of problem and identification of the
possible outcomes. The tools, techniques, tool planning, and evaluation is also a part of the
study. There are certain strategies that help an organization to solve problems:
Mathematics: Mathematics as we know deals with the calculation and finance. Apart from this,
the use of the algorithm is very much influential in the corporate field that develops and
organizes the tools of management. Diversified culture should be a demanding aspect of the
organization that will consist of candidates from different streams. However, there are some
fundamental constraints and elements every candidate must know and should have a sound
knowledge in this. Other than these there are also some other factors that the management of the
company should always be aware of which is the behavioral aspect of the employees. If the
employees of the company can manage to build a nice and pleasant relationship with the
management of the company then it would be really easy for the management to conduct their
business with ease. The management of the company should also be concerned about the basic
needs and requirements of the company. this will help the management of the company to get
more involved with the employees of the company and in this way they can also satisfy the needs
of the employees of the company. these are the main and the prime problems that the company
faces in general and all the preventions of the issues or the problems are mentioned in the above
passage.
4.2 Developing an appropriate strategy for resolving a particular problem
as mentioned earlier in the above passage that while performing group tasks the company or the
management of the company usually faces some general and certain problems or issues. Among
them one of the most important issue is the ethical practice in the workplace. In most of the cases
the employees of the organization fails to maintain the ethical practice in the workplace as a
result the company or the business of the company is ultimately harmed. To avoid these kind of
problem the communication or the behavioral aspect of the company or the employees of the
company should be improved or modified. If the employees can manage to build a nice and
pleasant communication among them it would be easier for them to perform in a group otherwise
they would not be able to adjust with other workers.
Conclusion
To conclude the report, it must be mentioned that the abilities and the working skill of the
employees of the company is one of the most important part for the business of the company. the
future of the company depends upon the performance of the employees of the company. thus it is
also the responsibility of the employees of the company to be more dedicated and loyal towards
their jobs and their management as well as the company as a whole. On the other hand thare are
