It is very important to understand those class dynamics is providing a direct or
indirect impact on learning. Classroom dynamics include imagination, emotions and student
behaviour. In addition to this, it also involves student interactions and the way teachers
present their academic materials. The classroom dynamic is very helpful in order to create a
positive classroom culture. It is found that group dynamics is providing an impact on
learning. For example, if it is found that there is a dysfunctional group dynamic so the
learning gets negatively impacted and it includes leadership problems, free riding,
unaddressed conflict and poor time management (How Group Dynamics Affect Student
Learning, 2019). It is very important to tackle these types of problems. If it is identified that a
teacher organising a collaborative project in the classroom then it is very important for them
to make sure that the needs and wants of each individual because it is not necessary that

conflicts in the learning process.
Disorganized spaces create feelings of anxiety and stress which result in a negative

help them to engage in group learning. Some motivational approaches a mentioned below
that help the learner in order to engage and motivate in the group learning:
 Making learning convenient is found to be one of the most important ways which help
learners to engage and motivate to involve in group learning.

need to give clear and written instruction to each and every number in the group so
that they are able to engage in group learning (Forsyth, 2018). It is identified that

are able to feel fun then they are automatically motivated toward group learning. It is
important to make sure that group learning should not be so serious and strict.
 This is necessary to understand for all teachers that they should provide freedom to
the students or learners for providing their feedback. It is very helpful in to share their
views and opinions in the group so that they are able to get motivated or encouraged
for group learning.
 One thing that should be considered is to give tasks according to the student's ability.
There are many cases identified in which the educator is giving the task which is
above student ability which may be creating many problems and discourage students
that they are not able to do work in a group learning (Vriesema, and McCaslin, 2020).
If teachers they do that then they should always be ready for providing support and
instruction on how to perform those task which is above the student's ability.

behaviour as it may differ from person to person. Due to this reason, they may be faces many
issues regarding group learning because every person has different nature which creates
problems. This is the reason that teachers should use some behaviour management solutions
on strategy in the classroom which helps to manage the behaviour of every individual. Some
of them are mentioned below:
 The first and form most management solution is maintaining a routine. It is found
with the most important tool which helps to establish expectations and guidelines for
individual behaviour (Bøgelund, and Nørgaard, 2020). It helps to ensure to the

students that what will be coming in the next so they will not get disturbed and they
make their behaviour accordingly.
 One important solution is setting rules together with the students. It is also just like a
routine which helps to improve the behaviour of students. In some cases, it is found
that if the classroom teachers are static any rules then it is found at the class maybe
reject them. This is the main reason that they need to have an audience to set the rules
for the class.
 Using positive language is also playing a very important role because it is found that
negative language has a way of reinforcing the wrong behaviour of students or
learners. It is very crucial for the Teachers that did need to use positive language
which helps them to cope with the challenges of behaviour (Dobreva, and Dobrev, ).
For instance, it is necessary to see that "can we all pay attention and focus, please,"
instead of "stop throwing those paper aeroplanes".
 It is also very important for every individual that they need to develop a relationship
with the students. It is very helpful to engage in group learning and also helps to
manage their behaviour. It helps to identify and analyse the behaviour of students so
that teachers can find ways to handle them.

Explain how to support learner’s rights in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion
Equality and diversity is referring to promoting and accepting the difference between
the people. Equality is the giving opportunity to all learners in the education sector. Equality
ensures being treated fairly and equally in case of race, age, disability, sexual orientation, or
religion. Diversity is all about respecting and recognising differences in all-inclusive
atmospheres. Promoting diversity and equality in the education sector both are important for
teachers and students as well as. Equality and diversity aim to create atmo0shpeher for the
student and teacher were no individual differences available and give equal chances to every
student in the classroom (Saqr, and et.al., 2020). There is no discrimination available of race,
gender, or age in the classroom. Equality is giving chance to every student to perform various
tasks in the education sector and no discrimination is available of the student's colour, age, or
religion. Inclusive education is giving the right to the learner to perform various tasks avail
of the opportunity given by the education sector. Inclusive education gives equal opportunity
to the student they can participate in their community. Inclusive education is giving a sense of

belonging and student are prepared for a better life. Inclusive education promotes equality
and education in the classroom through various activities.
This education gives attention to the student's needs. This education also set the
standard of conduct for the student to learn various thing forms the activities and diversity
allow teacher and student to work collaboratively in a diverse group. Diversity is giving the
chance for creativity and innovation. Students learn from their friends because of the diverse
group and the teacher also perceives the experience of the student. Inclusive educative

groups
In the education sector it is the biggest responsibility of the management and teacher
to minimize the risk of security and give the people well-being to the learner. it very essential
for the learner to learn various things for the school but it happens when the environment is
very secure and students are free to learn there is no pressure on the learner. Safety and well-
being is playing a very important role in the school because supporting students to make
healthy lifestyle choices it gives an impact on the well-being and health of the student (Trach,
Lee, and Hymel, 2018). The childhood and adolescent period is the toughest time of the
development and long term attitude. School management uses various ways to minimise the
risk of security and improve the well-being of the learner because good well-being is the
future of the learner. The learner learns various skills and uses them in practical life.
 The movement around the classroom is essential for the learner because they know
the hiring authority is keep watching their activity and they reduce the risk of security
and safety. The management assesses internal flooring is in good condition and also
there is no trailing the electrical cables. Furniture in the classroom is in a good way
and equipment, the projector is standing suitably.
 The staff of the education sector is a good grasp of manual handling. Manual

maintained by the management to prevent danger. The management also notices the

teachers for improving the quality of learning in the classroom. There are some important

 Diagnostic assessment: This type of assessment can be known as pre-assessment
which create for assessing students' weaknesses and strengths. It is used to identify
the current knowledge and misconceptions about a particular topic (Veine, and et.al.,
2020). It can be conducted with the help of self-assessment, interviews and
observations.
 The formative assessment is found to be the first and foremost type and is used for
assessing student performance. It occurs at regular intervals and is also used for
monitoring the student learning so that teachers can provide feedback to the student
on their growth and development. It can be done in many ways in which students'
observation, homework, peer reviews, visual thinking strategies, quiz, informal
presentations and feedback are found with the most important tools for formative
assessment.
 A summative assessment is conducted at the end of instruction to measure the
student's achievement. To conduct a summative assessment, a teacher requires some
important tools as they conducted the summative assessment with the help of taking
mid examinations and end University examinations.
 Other important tools: It includes google home which is found to be important for
surveying. Other important tools include class flow, spiral, recap, quizzes, near pod,
etc.
It is found that there are many tools and techniques which are necessary to use in
order to perform the assessment. It includes observation, testing, self-reporting, check lists,
rating scale, etc. it is also found that focus groups, surveys, portfolios, structured interviews,
etc. are very helpful for performing the assessment. In teaching, it is necessary to understand
that education can be become effective with the help of using tools and techniques. These
tools are very important for the purpose of assessing classroom dynamics. It is necessary
because the classroom has including many different cultural background people. So it
becomes very hard to analyse their learning styles. That’s why these tools are necessary to
use.

Explain how to use peer observation, student feedback and recordings
Peer observation, feedback and recordings are playing a very important role in order
to analyse the performances of teachers. Peer observation is used for the purpose of observing
teaching methods and techniques which assists in sharing the best practice. It also build
awareness about the impact of own teaching on classroom. Feedbacks are also playing an
important role as it provide the guidance and information to the teachers about the student’s
performance. It is important for teachers to understand and analyse their own performance so
that they are able to provide effective learning to the students. It is identified that sometimes
students are not satisfied with the learning style of the teacher so that's why it is important to
get real reviews for the purpose of improving the learning style of teachers. It can be possible
with the help of peer observations, student feedback and recordings.
 Observation is found to be a method in which a teacher observes the performance of
another teacher in order to develop their classroom practice.
 It is necessary to understand that student feedback is playing a very important role in
order to know the real performance of teachers.
 Recordings help to get an analysis of performances even if they are not present in
front of the students when they are given feedback. Recordings can be used even after
the feedback as they can be excess anytime by teachers.

It can be concluded from the above discussion that every day the importance of
learning and teaching is increasing. In teaching, it is analysed that group learning is playing a
very important role in order to meet the individual needs and wants. But it is analysed that
teachers should understand the role of group dynamics because each learner is not necessarily
agreed with the other views and opinions so it may be created many issues and conflicts. This
report also included some motivational approaches which help to engage group learning and
also included some ways that facilitate collaboration and learning and group members. In
addition to this, it also discussed the ways which help to minimise the risk of safety, security
and health of learners in a group. It is also analysed that it is important to use some tools and
techniques which help to assess classroom dynamics so that teachers are able to find the
solutions if any problem occurred.
