Introduction
Levi’s is one of the most known brands of clothing. Levi’s is a classic brand which
defined the essence of word ‘brand’. Levi’s was declared as ultimate brand for clothing as well
as staple to wardrobe all over the world in 2002 by Esquire magazine of UK. Secret behind
enduring success and magic of Levi’s is the ability in symbolizing both uniqueness and ubiquity
simultaneously. Levi’s is both fashion as well as anti-fashion. In spite of continued ubiquity,
brand of Levi had rocky ride recently (Farris, Shames and Mitchell 2017). There were several
issues for Levi’s company. For fully understanding them, this is important in appreciating
branding strategy of the organization. However, every issue for Levi’s was not in their
marketing. All Levi’s company could do was attempt and preserve integrity of their brand.
Levi’s company engaged in battle with supermarket of Tesco.
The aim of this paper is providing management plan for Levi’s company for making their
project successful. IPECC’s five stages would be used in this management plan for making this
project of Levi’s company successful one.
