Reflection
What I have learnt in the Module
At the beginning of this module, I was leaving my life as normal with very few skills I had
acquired from my parents, for example the “Relationship Skills” and “Teamwork Skills”, but
even though it was not expressed enough or worked with anyone. Relationship skills and
teamwork skills are the closest skills; group work cannot be done if there is no communication.
Since our teens, our parents have been pushing us to reach out to people our age. At first it is
never easy to see the quarries that are with our companions in the younger ages by playing
together, but these skills are created in a more established manner. . I also had a group business
meeting during not many years when I was playing football in a club and as we know this game
is probably only played separately in a group, and I was has taken a lot of it through this
experience.
In previous years I have also covered some important skills that are in our module, such as
"Numerical Skills" and "Data Skills". In any case, they didn't matter what we were aiming for
this term. Number skills are taught at a growing level from a very young age, starting in
elementary school until we graduate from college, but before that I only learned numbers and
relationships and which does not represent anything real. In terms of data capabilities, I caught a
couple of them in high school and extended my foundation year grade I did a year ago in college.
Different skills that are closer to interpersonal skills are strong mastery skills and are similarly
close to individual and professional promotion skills as well. Successful building skills are what
I have planned in a few meetings, but despite individual and professional development skills I
didn't tackle them until I found them through this module.
Despite basic work in the field of education and executive development, and drawing on our
academic research and practice, I strongly maintain a dependence on the routine of academic and
epistemological materials "contributed to the school board project which has slowly lost the
ability to provide a solid record of social practices in project-based work. I have cultivated an
argument for hypothesis change in PM analysis and information generation. I have talked about

 High communication skills: I have high verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
Also, I have a great ability to express instructions, solve consumer-related problems,
discuss latest actions considered by management, &solving disputes between workers.
Communication takes place all the time in the office, having good communication skills
allows us to establish good relationships with co-workers& bosses, thus creating a
healthy work environment & helping me achieving my work more efficiently. Most
importantly, having strong communication skills can not only develop existing consumer
slightly satisfied with the products as well as services provided by my company, but can
also cater huge customers to cooperate with the firm.
 High self-confidence: Able to lead with authority & foster a reflection of leadership as
well as reliability. Additionally, there is the ability to adhere to directional
commitments.Firms also requires graduates to have self-confident skills to attain their
task alone or majorly alone, without the requirement for others to constantly stand by
their employees and tell them what they want to do.
 Transitional leadership: Willingness to modify & develop with time as well as the
tourist environment. I am eager to learn latest technologies to enhance my skills. The
employees hired by the organization are multi-skilled, and the firm can often transfer
employees to various departments & assume numerous roles within the company.
Therefore, this requires employees to be proactive &leadership, able to easily adapt to
latest situations as well as quickly start their jobs.
 Good decision: I develop a decision after collecting the required information &
conducting basic research to ensure that I make the right decision. Other than this, after
reviewing their pros & cons, I critically analysed the alternatives. Employers demands
graduates to plan & organize limited resources to have effective decision for short- &
long-term company goals. For the business to be sustainable, only good decisions is
required by the employees, so that the company can keep pace with this highly
developing society, as well as employees with lifelong decision skills could also bring
advantages to the business.

 Teamwork: I prefer teamwork, so I encourage teamwork. I have made a significant
contribution to the overall goals of the team. Also, I advocate team growth rather than
personal success. In today's society, it is not enough to have personal work ability. More
& more task needs to be completed by a group of individuals. Group work can speed up
the status of work, & can also create better company ideas through brainstorming.
 Problem solving: Able to analyse the problems faced by customers, employees &
organizations. I am looking for internal as well as external assistance to solve these
problems as soon as possible.In this fiercely competitive world, organizations would
experience numerous problems at any moment. Only by successfully solving the
problems will the firm be able to overcome the difficulties, otherwise it would fail.
Problems faced
Learning difficulties are encountered by everyone at some point, and overcoming these
difficulties is important for the learning interaction, especially when one has a high level of
responsibility. Such problems range from mobility problems to a lack of continuous motivation
and low efficiency. It may take a long time to solve these problems, but the important thing is to
remember that they are solved with the right solution.
1. You come across some motivation
Low motivation may be the worst problem you may have to deal with during school. Without a
proper inward push to achieve it, it may be going through the huge task of building your skills
(whether it's a GCSE, A level or a degree). ann). The key to low motivation is to find an

There are so many promotions outside today that it is not surprising that many agents feel that
they have been distracted. Online media, peers, the phone, TV, computer games and walking

more useful place for reflection.
