What I have learnt in the Module
At the beginning of this module, I was leaving my life as normal with very few skills I had
acquired from my parents, for example the “Relationship Skills” and “Teamwork Skills”, but
even though it was not expressed enough or worked with anyone. Relationship skills and
teamwork skills are the closest skills; group work cannot be done if there is no communication.
Since our teens, our parents have been pushing us to reach out to people our age. At first it is
never easy to see the quarries that are with our companions in the younger ages by playing
together, but these skills are created in a more established manner. . I also had a group business
meeting during not many years when I was playing football in a club and as we know this game
is probably only played separately in a group, and I was has taken a lot of it through this
experience.
In previous years I have also covered some important skills that are in our module, such as
"Numerical Skills" and "Data Skills". In any case, they didn't matter what we were aiming for
this term. Number skills are taught at a growing level from a very young age, starting in
elementary school until we graduate from college, but before that I only learned numbers and
relationships and which does not represent anything real. In terms of data capabilities, I caught a
couple of them in high school and extended my foundation year grade I did a year ago in college.
Different skills that are closer to interpersonal skills are strong mastery skills and are similarly
close to individual and professional promotion skills as well. Successful building skills are what
I have planned in a few meetings, but despite individual and professional development skills I
didn't tackle them until I found them through this module.
Despite basic work in the field of education and executive development, and drawing on our
academic research and practice, I strongly maintain a dependence on the routine of academic and
epistemological materials "contributed to the school board project which has slowly lost the
ability to provide a solid record of social practices in project-based work. I have cultivated an
argument for hypothesis change in PM analysis and information generation. I have talked about

High communication skills: I have high verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
Also, I have a great ability to express instructions, solve consumer-related problems,
discuss latest actions considered by management, &solving disputes between workers.
Communication takes place all the time in the office, having good communication skills
allows us to establish good relationships with co-workers& bosses, thus creating a
healthy work environment & helping me achieving my work more efficiently. Most
importantly, having strong communication skills can not only develop existing consumer
slightly satisfied with the products as well as services provided by my company, but can
also cater huge customers to cooperate with the firm.
High self-confidence: Able to lead with authority & foster a reflection of leadership as
well as reliability. Additionally, there is the ability to adhere to directional
commitments.Firms also requires graduates to have self-confident skills to attain their
task alone or majorly alone, without the requirement for others to constantly stand by
their employees and tell them what they want to do.
Transitional leadership: Willingness to modify & develop with time as well as the
tourist environment. I am eager to learn latest technologies to enhance my skills. The
employees hired by the organization are multi-skilled, and the firm can often transfer
