Being the leader of the whole World, I would have definitely gone in that poor country & had
tried to impose the liberalism because the “liberalism” is the inspiring doctrine which focuses or
stresses on the great values like the autonomy, critical thought, human dignity and the equality.
All these effective values can help in reducing the level of poverty in a small country. There are
two reasons which can enhance the imposition of liberalism in the poor country including the
self-interest and the humanitarianism. According to the self-interest, the liberalism can be
imposed in order to completely eliminate or reduce the level of terrorism or threats from the poor
country. On the other hand, in the context of humanitarianism, imposition can be enhanced for
developing the effective moral or the ethical measures so that the high level of the living
standard can be enhanced of all the poor people living in the poor country. All these activities
can also help in stopping the different kinds of violations in relation the human rights. The lack
of tourism may result in the non-survival for that particular poor country. Therefore, it is very
essential to impose the liberalism in order for all the identified issues of poverty any other major
issues.
Different essential or the necessary actions are needed to be implemented is the leader of the
World in order to take up the whole country from being poor. In this context, an effective
example can be taken from the country of Canada. For example, if Canada is facing up the
major issues in terms of political & social nature. The violent demonstrations are being found out
in the streets regarding the political elections; the lack of safety has been identified for all the
Canadians. All these identifiable issues can be eliminated & resolved with the help of
implementing the effective actions such as calling up the most effective & the professional
advisors who can restructure the political system of the country of Canada. Apart from all these,
being the World leader, I should also try to switch some of the business professionals into the

country of Canada so that they can provide all the Canadians with the wide varieties of business
as well as the job opportunities. The increase in the number of job opportunities can help in
reducing the level of poverty in the country. The imposition of the liberalism should be fostered
in any of the poor countries before knowing about the overall background of the country, its
level of education & also up to what extent the country is tribal in nature. After identifying all
these essential points, the effective measures can be taken & implemented accordingly in order
to impose the liberalism which is very essential for the poor country, as the concept of liberalism
provides the most effective & standard level of benefits which also help in encouraging the high
level of trade with all the other countries from all over the World along with the social benefits
such as the leadership and least crisis of political issues.
