INTRODUCTION
Database interrogation is a process that can use for selecting an appropriate entry for
particular database. All the entries are stored within database in particular field. It comprising the
input which means to operate and receive the data. It is necessary to process data so that it is
stored and filtered in effective way. Also, it helps in analyzing data and information by following
a specific process. This report will discuss about the prototype website that help for managing
and controlling the information related to the business operations and functions (Ojo, 2019). It
will design to build a prototype website and also using a suitable logo and dynamic layout.
Furthermore, this assignment will describe the database system of library management by using
MS Access. At last, it will implement a design which allows for people to maintain all the
information in proper manner.

Information system is an important concept that helps for managing and controlling the
overall performance of business. Many organizations strive to be market leaders in the global
industry. They always plan an effective strategy to handle the competition level and pressure.
One such type of strategy is adapting the information system within specific company.
Information system helps for organization to make adequate decision for the use data and also
reduced workload (Adrian and Adriana, 2018). It is supported the business task by using
database system which is the best medium to handle update the details related customers and
products. Manager plays important role in the organization to track all the activities that
performed by employees. It is clearly handled and supports the main goals and objectives.
Companies are used the different type of software to store the information through MIS, QAS
and ERP etc. There are different roles of information system strategy in the business
development.
Information storage and analysis- Many organizations have no longer to manage the
information and data in proper manner. It is manually with registers all the information in the
form of hard copy format (Sumathi, Subhalakshmi and Sanjitha, 2018). Companies can make use
the comprehensive and sophisticated database that contains all the data about the firms. In this
way, it is analyzing data, store and update in appropriate manner.

through website. Initially, it is required for developer to plan a strategy to handle all the
operations and functions. According to case study, it will be creating a city college library
website that shows different web pages in proper manner. According to case study, there are
large number of books in the library. The college is decided to create a plan for making digital
library system that helps for student those who are issues the book through the website. It is
collection of books whereas each author may be written by one book. It also happens when one
author write many books (Brown and Bell, 2018). It is beneficial for student and other customer
to choose the book on the basis of their needs. It will design City College library website for
creating different type of web pages. Each and every page shows unique information regarding

skills. This is because it helps in effective operating and handling of system. However, person
should know about different elements of IS as well. There are some important skills and
knowledge requires for manager to easily handle the task.
Skills- Analytical skill- It is important skill that required for analyzing the need and requirement
of design. It also helps for manager to include the ability and logical thinking in order to
break all the complex issues in proper ways. It is also contrasted against the non cognitive
skill that could balance the work life (de Jager, Nassimbeni and D’Angelo, 2018). This
skill is ability to analyze and collect the information about the design pattern or approach.
This is the main strength of business to improve its overall productivity and profitability. Interpersonal skill- This skill is applicable in day to day life for interacting with the
customers, manager and other colleagues. It is important process based on the individual
and group. Manager has become good interpersonal skill to build connectivity with the
other members (Mishra, 2018). It includes listening, understanding and questioning etc. It
depends on the manager those who are trying to create a healthy environment in the
organization. Leadership Skill- Leadership skill is another main element in the terms of information
system whereas manager always influences the team members and other people to
complete their task. They also combined together to achieve the goals and objectives. In
this way, each and every member are developed their knowledge to use the digital
information system for increasing the performance and efficiency. Problem solving skill- it is process for working through the problem and issues that
occurs during the task execution. For designing a digital information system, it is an
essential for business process to implement new concepts and methods. It is necessary for
