Introduction:
Life events are considered as a change, which suddenly occurs in someone’s life and sometimes it, occurs in
a way that the person may not be ready to face and thus it takes time to deal with. It is not necessary that a
life event will put an adverse effect on someone's life; it may or may not be. Different events can have a
different impact on an individual because life events can be desirable and may not be desirable.

When a person is having too much stress then he/she deals with many kinds of problems such as :
Headaches: Large studies have shown that an increase in stress leads to an increase in headaches.
Chronic Pain: Other studies have shown that an increase in the level of the stress hormone cortisol leads to
an increase in chronic pain in the body (Sheerin et al., 2018).
Frequent Sickness: Studies have shown that higher stress level is associated with an increase in
susceptibility to injection.
Decreased energy: Stress disrupt sleep and causes insomnia, which leads to low energy.
Acne: People in stress often uses their hands on their face and this is why acne occurs.
Changes in Libido:
Sweating: Due to an increase in the Blood Pressure, people start sweating.
Depression: Due to having a lot of pressure and stress, people often come under depression
Rapid Heartbeat: Studies have shown that heart rate increases frequently during stressful condition. A
heartbeat can also be increased by having high blood pressure (Dupéré et al., 2018).
The worst thing a person starts doing when he/she is under depression is taking anti-depression pills which
effects very badly to the human brain. A person's life changes when he/she is removed from the place where
they loved to be. When a person's loved ones die then he/she comes under great depression and stress. This
is called a negative life event. However, when a person gets a promotion or something he had not expected
to get then it is called positive life events.

under the addiction of drugs or they commit suicide. For all these reasons, the health and organisational
