under the life style will be analysed in this project. Life style is a significant element that are
analysed in this project. Background of this dissertation would reflect over the various elements
that motivate the well being of people in society. The entire research will be based on the both
primary and secondary research so that overall objectives behind conducting the research can be
achieved by the researcher. Different elements like modern technologies, environment,
commercialisation and many such elements emphasis over transformation in society that improve
the expectations of human being which further leads to life style changes. All the factors that
causes to study changes of the human being will also reflect in this project. Different challenges
like fraud, scandals and such other are among the major challenge part of emotional and mental
well being. Limitations of the financial stability is the primary challenge part of the mental and
emotional well being of human being in society. Suitable strategies related to the life style change
are also considered in this entire study.

style modification. Many times change in life style also result into time shortage that further
result into lack of sleep and other mental issues. All this result into the emotional and mental
