REFLECTION
The writing a report on the company Lindt's Chocolate I had to gather information from
various sources which helped me in gaining authentic and reliable information about the
company so that the report can be completed in an efficient manner. The company deals in
manufacturing of chocolates which are personally my favourite which increased my interest in
making a report on the company as I was able to get detailed information about the complete
history of the company and its founders and the way they made these chocolates famous around
the world. The group work went well as all the team members were cooperative which helped in
completion of task in a manner desired. Also I was able to use my communication, analytical,
interpretation and research skills in an effective manner throughout the project which also helped
me in enhancing my confidence. This will help me in improving my grades in the class hence
increasing my chances of getting good semester grades. However during the report work some
problems were faced by me which were related to time management and difficulty in finding the
appropriate sources from where authentic information could be collected. In order to deal with
these problems I took help of my tutors who guided me in finding information about the
company and also helped me in library so that relevant books were made available to me so that
the report can get completed within time and in an efficient manner. I also used internet sources
in finding information about the company so that all the information can be covered at a great
extent so that the report quality can be improved.
