INTRODUCTION
Communication with stakeholders is important as it helps them as well as the company to
stay on the same page and remain updated about the business processes that take place within the
company. The line manager should communicate information to the team members in an
effective manner. An explanation of the same is provided below.
MAIN BODY
Establish open communication process with all stakeholders
Stakeholder are unknown groups such as investors, board of directors as they have certain
purpose to gain sustainability in a business world. There are various methods which promote an
open communication are described as follows: Meetings: This is most appropriate where verbal communication take place between all
stakeholders as it tends to avoid elimination of information and provide facts in a most
appropriate manner. Conference calls: This is most convenient method which saves both time and cost as it
involves the verbal message as they are recorded so as to avoid misrepresentation of
facts.
Newsletters: This is a one-way communication method which involve that message is
transferred in a simple manner which provide easy to understand and also feedbacks are
received quickly.
Communicate information from line manager to team
There are several ways of shaping the performance of line managers are as follows:
Encourage collaboration: Creating a foster environment in which team members would
provide their ideas as it promotes a unity of command in a workplace that provide growth of a
business.
Ensure proper motivation: If the manager interact communicate properly with their team
members then it would get ideas to develop business in such a manner which provide aspects of
success (Van Dun and Wilderom, 2016).

Enhance problem solving capabilities: Efficient communication would help in solving
complicated issues in an easier manner that reflect the success and transparency of a firm.
Communicate unresolved issues and problems raised by team members Be attentive: Proper body language and maintain eye contact would reflect an
attractiveness as create a proper impression of individuals and tends to avoid distractions
as it helps in creating a proper listening and hearing skills. Repeat information: It is necessary to make proper clarification by demonstrating a
proper listening skill so that there are not misunderstandings among their colleagues.
Revise and question: If there is anything that is not understood by listener then it would
seek to understand them by asking questions as there should be clear cut discussion to be
taken place.
Take corrective actions regarding unsolved issues
The manager would monitor the progress and tends to assign task appropriately among
their stakeholders and provide a specific solution of problems. They would review the
performance by making proper judgements and if it finds any deviation then it could take
corrective actions immediately. After analysing the issue with management, action would be
taken in a proper time which could be apply to stakeholders.
CONCLUSION
From the report, it can be concluded that it is important for the line manager to use
effective channels and adopt strategies with the help of which information can be share with the
team members. Aslo9, if there are any issues that are not resolved, immediate corrective actions
should be taken to minimise their impact.
