roles that suit their profession and skills. The users of LinkedIn can follow different companies

networking sites that are quite unsafe for employees as well as employers as there are
some unwanted posts like, political fights, cheeky GIF’s etc. But LinkedIn is free from all
these issues and have its focus only on professional experience of the people that are
using it.

having different options in hand to target the precise audience that they are seeking to get
connected with it. The advertisers can also visit the sites of audience that have shown
some interest and can get connected with them directly.
Disadvantages:-

expensive as the cost per click price for advertising is very high and for small businesses
it is unaffordable. For small businesses it is not the right platform to advertise their
offerings.
Some users are just job hunting:- Not all the users at LinkedIn are in position to take
your offerings as some of them are just looking for new job opportunities only.
