Advantages
Monster application is leading online recruitment and carrier making resource for people.
They are providing jobs according to the user's kills and their knowledge. People can see jobs
which is available on their local areas.
Disadvantages
Most of the people complain that Monster app share personal mobile numbers to the
users. Salesman call them and ask them to by their product or try once. They should not show
users personal mobile number. They can show email id, so recruiters can send them mail about
jobs.
Reed
Advantages
Reed is business hunting app which is available on mobile stores (Ropars, Jeanvoine, and
Morin., 2006). People who are looking for part-time job, carrier change, director level job, can
find jobs on this application. There are more than 250,000 jobs are currently available on this
application.
Disadvantages
This is one of the best place to find job but this app shows advertisement after 2 or 3
minute which can irritate users, and they can uninstall this app because this reason.
