Introduction
The assignment has come up with the projection of successful profile that seeks to highlight
the influential point to be a part of an organization. The report has delved with the am
inclusion of three LinkedIn profiles that reflects the part of social entrepreneurs. It has been
interpreted with the help of three key elements that emerges from the effective LinkedIn
Profile. The report has been incorporated with the help of important template that highlights
the accomplishments, professional association, practises, educational background and
effective skills that have helped an individual to grow strongly that would be a part of a social
entrepreneur. The report has put emphasis on the presentation of core elements of an
impressive LinkedIn profile that has created different strata in the assignment.
The assignment has put emphasis on one of social entrepreneur whom can be found in
LinkedIn profile is known as Bill Drayton. He has been the founder and CEO of Ashoka. He
has learned to be in the form of social entrepreneurship that helps to enhance the global
association that can be rated around 3000 other following social entrepreneurs. He has stated
his career at McKinsey and Company, which is situated in New York. He has great
sustainability in the market which equally inspires and motivates other to be into the track of
success with such abilities. He has also contributed his service to the organization that
commands as a chairman of the Youth Venture, Community Greens and Get America
Working.
Another social entrepreneur that has been the role model towards contribution of society is
known as Scott Harrsion. He has been the founder of 1 million women from the part of Non-
profit Organization Management of the year and He has inspired others with her role and
responsibility in the establishment of the reputed Organizations. Furthermore, the learner has
also been significantly influenced by social entrepreneur Jeff Kurtzman, who has been
consistently playing a significant role in mitigating the environmental challenges and
improvising the business environment in depth. The assignment has been partly demonstrated
through the LinkedIn profiles of these entrepreneurs in its course of establishment.

In this modern competitive era, it is of utmost importance for aspiring social entrepreneurs to
have effective measures that can help them in grow and be recognized by organizations that

platform that can provide great help in creating a strong online presence for one’s personal
brand. According to official reports, LinkedIn hosts around 250 million active users per
month. Regardless, there are a set of core elements that can help an individual in creating a
strong LinkedIn profile, which are as follows-
Skills- This criterion is considered to be one of the most important queries that the hiring
managers and organizations have during recruitment. The skills possessed by an individual
provide a high degree of help in determining the competency of an individual as a potential
candidate for a job. Various hiring companies frequently filter search for selective skills and
endorsement during looking for potential candidates, which signifies the role of skills and
endorsements as a fundamental element of a strong LinkedIn profile. Possession of a diverse
set of skills can help in increasing the visibility of the candidates to the recruiters in

individual has undergone during their career development period, in positive terms. As

I have worked over my skills, qualities, which would help me to become a part of a reputed
organization. Through the help of knowledge and experiences, I am able to put further
projection in the upcoming plans. I have included and enhanced major skills over past 7
years, which comprises of effective communication skills, soft skills, functional skills and
leadership skills. In most of the cases, I have been incorporated the evaluation that are based
upon the collaboration of strategic planning, computer knowledge, public speaking, thinking
critically and team work (DuBrin, 2015). I have been a student ambassador for Swinburne
University and have been served here as an intern for over past 7 years.
I have been a part of volunteering that in Melbourne and that has helped me to gain the skills
for managing and handling small matters in an exquisite way. I took my training form
Commonwealth Bank that has helped me to grasp the knowledge about the customer service
and its beneficial points to maintain a well relationship between the service employees and
customers. This type of servicing ahs helped me to improvise the public speaking quality and
henceforth, this capability has stretched my knowledge about the accounting subjects

(Fernandez et al., 2016). Being a part of an organization, I have gained the award for being a
best intern of the organization.
Moreover, it can be implemented that in the upcoming days, I want to see myself in the
position of a manager of a reputed organization in the next 5 years. To adopt the managerial
position, I have gone through all types of vocational skills and henceforth, it helps me to
believe in my capability that within next 5 years I would able to obtain with the manager post
of an organization.

In conclusion, LinkedIn can be perceived to be the most effective platform that can provide a
