According to de Jonge, (2018) Corporate social responsibility is considered as a valuable
tool to create gender equality at workplace. It is the main concept in the workplace because it
helps as a Pillar of CSR. In this way, companies are increasingly addressed the gender equality
which includes it within the CSR programs. Many people have shortage of skilled labor and
growth in the participation of women at workplace. The gender perspective in CSR play
important role for achieving the gender equality through different activities, strategies and
policies that provide equal right to the people. According to Hardacre, and Subašić, (2018)
Women have faced many discrimination in both home and societal level. The gender equality has
been the schema in terms of social research or activism. The developing nation has faced the
tremendous problems in secure the employment. Women's are working the same job as men
made 82% of wages and 3 % of world CEO are women. At that time, It has increased the
remarkable in the world where women working at workplace over the year. In this way, it has
increase the highly educated women and having technical expertise in their own Zone.
As per author view Kato and Kodama, (2018) The overall situation of women and gender
equality are affected through the organizational policies, procedures, values and stricture. There
are many stakeholders follows the traditional concept and have old mental perception related the
women or commitment towards the job. In this way, they are categorizing the specific role of
women and men in the corporate world. The organization is offering the position to women with
real power and supervisory authority. They are giving the responsibilities such as production,
sales etc. it also observed that many organizations have well documented and successfully
communicated with the policies but it is not necessary to implement in the business practice. On
the other hand, Lindholm, (2018) Social culture perception which establish the behavior and
attitudes of individual men and women at workplace but also faced the barriers regarding the
equal participation of women at worker level. There are different factors that affects the role of
women such as legal structure, society directly and enforces certain practices. Sometimes, women
also tolerate the standards of work time, priority or specific role. The most common societal
notions that women playing primary role as a housewife and job is another priority. Social
perception always affects the ability of women to work into different departments, over time and
perform their specific duties.
According to author Loosemore and et.al., (2018) Personal factor is another which
regarding to the women that affect the growth of career such as attitude, behavioral skills and

personality of women, less inspiration towards the management, self confidence, motivation and
self esteem etc. These are the challenges affecting the overall performance of women because
they are emotionally unstable. In this way, it has faced challenges to handle the tough or complex
situation of business. It is required for developing the personality, managerial style that
encourage the women to understand their cultural values, attitudes. It is strongly support the
women and their domestic responsibilities as priority over the career aspirations. On the other
hand, Mei Romero-Balsas and Castrillo-Bustamante, (2019) women has inspirations because they
are handles the work in both ways. Self motivation is an important factor of women because they
have so many responsibilities to manage the both type of work regarding corporation and home.
These type of personal factors are playing important role in career growth and development.
Omar and et.al., (2018) It is naturally interested in the effects of Corporation social
responsibilities on the performance of business and other result measures. A Majority of evidence
for pointing the significant positive linkage between the financial performance and CSR. It helps
to recognize the number of potential serious limitations in the existing case study. It is mainly
focused on the outcomes and other financial performance that help to increase the productivity or
profitability.
As per Potdar, Guthrie and Garry, (2018) The gender diversity at workplace as the results
of CSR outcomes where it has increased the highest level of business process. Especially, there
are impressive evidence to point out the significance role of women in the corporate world. They
becoming a board members in promoting the CSR to improve the reputation.
Russell and Smith, (2018)The effects on the results of CSR tends to neglect the gender
diversity at workplace as possible results of CSR, while the business as a predictor of CSR that
tends to focus on the gender diversity at the highest level. It cannot be neglected the gender at the
business aspects because it has a strong between the standards of CSR by concern on the gender
diversity at the different levels. In this way, it is considering the best outcome and results of
Corporate social responsibilities.
Torres Jain and Leka, (2019) In spite the fastest growing on CSR, it is quite relative about
the specific mechanisms where CSR may affect the results in general or inequality diversity at
workplace. There are some possible mechanism to find the new finding related the gender
diversity at workplace. Therefore, Kato and Kodama, (2018) The first possible mechanisms is

responsibility often includes the work place diversity as one of the most important objectives
such as HR management, policies, procedures that are particularly conducive to improve the
career of women in global world. In this way, Female worker take more advantages to improve
the performance and efficiency through policies, legislation and advance careers. In short, it may
work as powerful mediators for effecting to the gender diversity at workplace.
Second possible mechanism has suggested by authorKato and Kodama, (2018). It is
applied the signaling theory in CSR to context of inequality diversity in the organizations. Female
employee is to be considered as a strong part of CSR because it is incredible signal in the
business to concern about the ethical issue at workplace. Many business are focused on the
fairness and they believed to give equal opportunities for people. As a result, CSR help the
organization to recruit the right person and retain gifted women with the motivation or
inspiration. In this way, it will increase the gender diversity at workplace. The signaling effects
on the long time development. Women employees are participating whether continuous trying to
achieve their career goals with high level of management system. Sometimes. Objective may be
changed on the basis of need and requirement of enterprise.
Kato and Kodama, (2018) The last possible mechanism that consider and applying on the
gender diversity at the different level of human resources. Companies are establishing formal
departments of CSR to increase the presence of women as a CEO and director level. It is still
below the management level.
