Lack of resources in the industry will also decrease the efficiency of activities and which
will decrease the satisfaction of the tourists and also demotivate the locals in the region to
improve their services as no government authority are supporting them.
Lack of clarity in command and roles and responsibilities in the government structure
will create the confusion in the industry as it will also create the conflicts in the industry
and the pressure will decrease the productivity of the tourism industry with the decrease
in the goodwill of the tourism globally.
The country can also face the challenge where they have lack of integrity in all the
seconds in the hospitality industry which in return deceases the tourism in the country
and also make the economy of the country go down. The food and beverages,
entertainment, travel and tourism are all interrelated and the policies should be made in
accordance to support the integration of all the sectors and improve all the sectors.
The country have the lack of vision and planning in the making the policy and
implementation of the policy which will make the current projects as it will make the
better use of the information as the market trends are changing and with the change in the
market trends it will also impact revenues of the industry.(Baum, 2018)

In this report the information had been studied about the tourism policies of Lithuania
and they are also had improved their policies by evaluating the factors in the country. Internal
and external analysis had helped the government to make the effective strategies and also made
the effective implementation of all the information which was gathered by the researcher. The
impact of tourism had also deceased the efficiency of the country as the increase in tourism had
impacted the historical places and also impacted the environment. The policies were made
effectively so that the country could protect both the citizens and tourists from the being
exploited. With the data protection cart, consumer protection act, equality act the safety was
ensured. The effective implementation was ensured so that it can increase the contribution in the
economy of the country.
