Customer will influence the project by buying the food items that are sold to them. If
restaurant is not able to offer them such items that they are willing to have then it can result
negatively and affect success of project. Employees can influence the project because they are
responsible for execution of all the operations. If they are not able to perform productively then it
will affect project adversely.
