Structure of the Organisation
• The structure of the Organisation will include office
managers, administrative assistants, leading teachers, non
teaching staff, childcare aids and students (Barnett and
Frede, 2017). The physical structure of the Organisation will
include a playground, classroom, an activity area, healthy
and hygienic washrooms, snack eating zone and audio
visual room was students can visualize different objects
and colorful items via a projector. Little Starz trained
classroom teachers will also be responsible for the
mentoring of the students and the other junior teachers
who got recruited from the affiliated and associate colleges.

Personnel hiring and management
• The guidelines of licensing usually needs each of the school
towards the maintenance of the records of the employee in
an updated manner. It is important for the authority of the
school to complete each of the file as soon as possible after
hiring and employing any of the individual and update each
as necessary. Little Starz and its authority aims to carefully
pick their employees and hire them. The authority of the
school will prioritize those having knowledge and
experience regarding teaching and obviously the teaching
certificate for the employment position in the school.

Curriculum
• According to the ‘National association for the education of young
children and the National association of early childhood
specialist’, the progression of learning is natural. In the pre
school the students are being introduced to new and innovative
ideas together with the skills at different stages in their process
of development (Flook et al., 2015).
• Being a part of the community inspired curriculum, the school
plans several of the field trips during the entire of the school.
This will include the participation of the parents with their
children does helping both of them to enjoy couple of days in the
lap of the nature and strengthen their bond.

We Understand
• The school understand the hectic schedule that each of the parents
undergoes in the current era and will take the children for trips to the
natural history museum, on the nature's lap and on zoo. Little Starz
is a platform that has been proposed where all the staff, teachers
and children's from all over the society will come together to share
their believes and philosophies for gaining and international
awareness towards and effective development (Pathway Guide to
NYC Early Childhood Teacher Certification, 2010). Each and every
programs and the curriculum of the school have been specifically
designed for keeping the children engaged and also offering a wide
range of plethora of extracurricular activities for fitting the interest of
each and every unique child personality.
