INTRODUCTION
The crime is defined as set of unlawful behaviour which is used in order to maintain the
ethical behaviour and manner in the society and social group. As per this, it is also identified that
the crime may also involve with the such condition which create harmful impact on other life and
their health. With the contrast with the case study, the council of Liverpool used to create
preventive barrier for the user of drug in which they create some strategies to intervene the use of
drug in the city. Moreover, a wide range of people is affected due the consumption of drug
(Campos-Staffico et. al., 2021).
However, the Liverpool council taking this an issue for the people because drug is creating
unethical response among the people who is taking. Moreover, due to the consumption of drug
the major of people become aggressive and this will happen as per the alteration in physiology.
Moreover, the people with the various term, it is also recognising that the biological factor is also
alter where the loss of societal fraction and emotional breach is also observed. In this, Liverpool
council used to take step which is precautionary for the people with help to arranging campaign
which is based in medical factor where people is taking anti-drug injection centre which is act as
prevention strategy for the people of Liverpool (Meissner et. al., 2018).
The applied strategy is helpful to prevent the overuse of drug which may be cause the issue
with health. There are various disease and condition is associated with the excessive use of drug
in which the psychosis is act as major issue where person forget the reality and moreover, other
mental health issue are also associated which may create issue with health. The Liverpool
council understand the situation as according to taking the vision of such aspect of illegal
fraction they create anti-drug injection centre for the people as a preventable strategy. The
purpose of the strategy is control the people of Liverpool who used to take drug in excessive
manner (Bazarian et. al., 2020).
In order to prevent the council decided to held a medically supervised drug injection centre
with the outcome to reduce the drug related crime which happen in Liverpool with the excessive
manner. The drug cases must be reducing in order to prevent the life of people who is dealing
and facing the issue of addiction of drug which may render the positive life of people. Therefore,
the campaigning which is medically equipped with the anti-drug injection play a primary role for

the people who is dealing and indulging with addiction drug. The people of Liverpool may have
serious addiction towards the drug and this campaigning is act as prevention plan for the people
of Liverpool. Usually, the report focus on the prevention plan which is anti-drug injection centre
and there is other preventive which is comes under the recommendation (Cuspidi et. al., 2018).

RECOMMENDATION FOR CRIME PREVENTION AND HARM REDUCTION
The drug prevention is an important topic because a vital part of the Liverpool is oriented
with the drug use in which it requires public health oriented drug policy which help to prevent
the drug related problem from the occurring. There are some of the key aspect which help to
promote the health. Moreover, it also involves with the multi-disciplinary endeavour which is
ranging from the surveillance through the process and provision of advice which is related with
health and information. As per this, the major of recommendation which is available for the
crime prevention and harm reduction is to understand the risk of factor while using of drug and
spreading such word which is useful during the prevention program that act as best defence
against drug abuse. Whereas, in order to reduce the drug, use the parental monitoring play vital
role and best effective way to minimise the expansion of drug in family situation (Zieleniewicz
& Zdrojewski, 2020).
However, the parents are usually focus on their children and their family member and try to
know activities in which if any abnormal activities is inspected from any member then try to
investigate and know the reason of such behaviour may be the member is indulging with
addiction of drug and as according to this, the treatment and other precaution is taken. In
addition, in such cases rehabilitation is one the best way to recover the individual from the
addiction of drug. In school and college, the head teacher and other are also focus on the student
behaviour if any abnormalities identified then must convey with the parents and report about the
behaviour. If the student is associated with the drug addiction and they must have treated. This
all are recommended step to minimise the impact of excessive drug use in the Liverpool. In the
school, the school drug prevention program is useful intervention which have single motive to
reduce the implication that arise due the consumption of drug and use of drug also in school.
As per this, the adopted theory which is undertaken in this is based on the community crime
prevention and situational crime prevention. Moreover, the community crime prevention which

focuses on the ability of local social institution which help to reduce the crime in the residential

crime (Dimitrova et. al., 2019). Recommendations here includes in order to prevent crime is that
police department in Liverpool area should patrolling to make sure that no offender can make
crime and harm other people. If some one is trying to commit crime, the area police should arrest

preventing the crime is directed towards to stop the issues before it happens.

clock surveillance in the public as well as private property. In most cases the CCTV are

this, the another way to overcome the crime in Liverpool area is that investing the
neighbourhood's curb. It is because the physical surrounding such a neighbourhood can play a
significant part in criminal risk assessment. In addition to this, the crime can be prevented by the
police of Liverpool by simply expanding the risk of being detected, decreasing the rewards for
criminals and also by rising more difficulties of the criminals. As it is recommended to the
Liverpool police that if any suspect is been taken under view for crime then they should strictly

Their strategies also includes the potential harmful effects that make impact on an individual as
well as the society. The justification here includes in preventing the crimes is that the police of

Liverpool must implement the security cameras to make an eye over the offenders. By using the
security cameras they can easily view the area and it helps to record the images as well as videos.
As the CCTV cameras are used for security purposes. Through the installation of cameras the
police of Liverpool can easily prevent the crimes from happening as well as can solve the crime
cases as soon as possible. In addition to this, it is identified that the awareness regarding the
CCTV can decrease the fear of crime. Furthermore, in this people's awareness regarding the
security cameras can make impact the effectiveness of the cameras. As the enhanced perception
of the safety in areas having security cameras might enhance the presence of public, may
discourage the criminals. Justification here includes that the police may set an example for other
public by arresting the offenders or by making the offenders to pay fine so that no one can

This will help to overcome overall crime in an area. The justification here includes for
producing the harm reduction is that the service providers should aware about the harmful drugs.
This awareness includes the monitoring of children by their parents as it is quite important for
parents to monitor their children. By doing this they can educate their children about the causes
of using drugs and also make them understand that using the harmful drugs can destroy their life
as well. The parents can also aware their children about various programs such as rehabilitation
and many more so that if their children are addicted to harmful drugs can be easily get over it. In
addition to this, the monitoring of children in schools are also important as this can make the
teachers aware about their students that if they are using any drug or not. If the teacher can feel
any changes in the behaviour or they feel that their students physical activity is decreasing day
by day then they should immediately inform their parents (Ferguson, 2017).
In addition to this, keeping eye on the students by teachers can simply help the teachers to
see that no one of their students are committing any kind of drug abuse. By preventing all these
can make the teachers to improve the activity of children's and also enhances their daily
activities. The teachers should make aware about what is harmful for children and also provide
the programs or campaigns for providing knowledge to them. This type of knowledge basically
helps the children to get aware about such harmful drug abuse so that they can adapt this
information and improve their well being. Furthermore, the children can also provide knowledge
to others so that other people are also get aware about such harmful thing. The justifications here

every individual can get aware about the drug abuse or the harmful drugs. Their knowledge also
