LIVING WITH FAMILY ROOMMATE OR ALONE 1
In western world, people tend to move out from their home when they are 18 because
it is part of their culture, which they must learn to live by themselves. If they do not move out
from their parent’s home peoples are going to assume things about them like, they are unable
to pay their own rent or lost their job, or got divorced, studying again, or cannot afford their
own house (Zelaya, 2016). To shut the mouth of people and to be self-dependent the people
move out from their parent’s house. After moving out they have two options first is they start
living with roommate and second is they start living alone. This essay is to design to discuss
similarities and difference between, livings with parent, roommates and alone.
Beside all question raised by other people living with parents has some type of
advantages. Most important advantage is while living with parent’s people can save lot of
money they need not to pay rent, utility bills, renovation, grocery bills, and lot more, they do
not have to do all housework like laundry, vacuuming, cleaning, and more importantly, they
do not need to cook meals (We have kids, 2018). However, if they live with roommates they
have to pay half for every expense related to house and have to do bear half responsibility of
housework and meals. In addition, while living alone they have to pay complete rent and
other expenses and has do households all alone.
When people start living with roommates, they get company while watching
television, drinking out, while watching movies and while cooking but when they live all
alone they has to watch television alone, drink alone and has to cook alone, there will be
nobody to accompanied them (Dmci homes leasing, 2014). However living with family also
provide company but not in same way as roommate does parent’s put restriction on them,
while watching television they cannot watch program of their choice and there is time
limitation on watching television, they cannot drink at home. All the fun and enjoyment,
which they can have with roommate they cannot get with family or by living alone.

LIVING WITH FAMILY ROOMMATE OR ALONE 2
Living alone is going to provide a special experience to people. They can enjoy the
clam and peaceful environment, which is not possible with roomie and family. There is no
tension of cleaning issue, they can eat anywhere they want, need not to share anything with
anybody, got complete freedom, and are free to make decision (Reddy, 2018). Living
decision is totally depends on the nature, attitude, and financial condition of the person all
three options have some advantages and disadvantages. If persons are very much connected
to family or having financial issues they can live their family, and if they enjoy company of
people or their friend, ready to divide expenses and workload then they can choose option of
living with roommate. If the financial condition of people is strong and they are type of
people who can entertain themselves or happy to be all alone can opt the option of living
