INTRODUCTION
Rule of law are the laws which is been used in order to maintain balance within legal
system of a country that helps in maintaining peace within society. Equality laws are the laws
that has been helping in creating equality in legal process existing within society. These laws
helps in enhancing legal fairness and provides equal opportunity to all individual's existing
within society. Both laws cover various aspects which makes legal process more effective in
nature. This file is based over an campaign that has been launched under National Voice design
process 2020. It has to be explained in relation to rule of law and equality laws in order to make
relevancy of these laws proved in more effective manner.

1In this case proposal has been made over national voice which deals with various
elements that has been developed by National Voice design process 2020. The campaign that
has been started is based over national voice process which makes proper mechanism developed
leading over forming of national indigenous representative body which deals with matter related
to aboriginal and Torres strait islander constituencies. It deals with social, spiritual and economic
well being within country. Through this common objective which has been propose by current
and formal government is been covered within the proposal. Under the body cabinet ministers
and Prime Minister is been involved which helps in protecting democracy with providing equal
opportunity to both indigenous persons and Australian citizens. Also mechanism develop over
providing. In order to achieve this rule of law and equality law is been used. Since these laws
are based over fairness in legal system. Rule of law makes the body formed functioned with
fairness by applying right to be heard and dealing with biased nature of existing legislation
which does not provide equal rights to ingenious citizens. Also equality laws are required to be
used over making equal opportunities created which abolishes discrimination. These laws makes
the mechanism developed in more organized manner which is helpful over achieving objective
of equality and fairness within national voice created. Rule of law is the mechanism which is

best over developing various kind of processes, institution common practices and norms which
helps in creating balance within the society and makes law to be applied within society with
fairness. In this arbitrary process and arbitrary government has been used in order to make sure
that proper balance is maintained with legality of a particular legislation that is been passed by
2National voice across Australia has been formed with deal with indigenous relationships.
These laws helps in creating balance to make sure that National voice becomes more strong and
develops a very good Framework which have indigenous people within Australia. Rule of law
helps in making sure that National voice process does not violate fairness of legal system and
maintain it with more effectiveness. Equality law make sure that it does not let any kind of
discrimination happen between the indigenous people and the local Australian people. These
laws helps in creating balance to make sure that National voice becomes more strong and
develops a very good Framework which have indigenous people within Australia attain equality
. Further rule of law and equality law helps in making sure that National voice process does not
violate fairness of legal system and maintain it with more effectiveness. Equality law make sure
that it does not let any kind of discrimination happen between the indigenous people and the
local Australian people.
3So, in my opinion Federal Government is required to seek referendum over national
voice process which is going to help in removing flaws that exists in relation over fairness and
equality within the process. Also by applying these laws Ingenious persons can be provided with
an opportunity to put there views in relation to problem that is been faced by them to federal
government. Since National voice is an debating forum and is required over providing both truth
and fairness in order to express one self. Both laws is used in this forum helps in increasing more
diversity which makes both Australian and indigenous person come to common point which
makes indigenous relationship to be more strong and enhanced. It makes balance formed in order

to make sure that National Voice develop to be maintained in more effective manner. These
laws help in making balance over making sure that National voice becomes successful. Through
this federal government will be able to develop proper framework without disturbing basic
framework of equality and fairness.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that rule of law makes balance created
within society. Also rule of law makes fairness maintained within legal process of an
organization. Equality laws makes balance created within legal process of an organization. In
this essay both rule of law and equality law is been used in order to justify the campaign. Further
the essay is based upon both rule of law and equality which makes federal government achieve
targets with National voice debate forum. Also the essay is focused upon making both rule of
law and equality justified in more effective manner.
