Introduction
A project management is a complete process which will help an organization to
analyses the different aspects and component’s which has their own value for the completion
of a given goal. It gives a proper plan with which a manager can form a budget for the
execution and hiring of the personnel who will help in this proves. Other than this, project
management also tell the time line in which all the activities can be completed by the team
who are involved in such functions. This given report is based on such project management
planning where a music event is going to organize by LMAC.
Main Body
Task-1
About project case-
LMAC a charitable organization is planning to organize a musical event. The main
aim of this event is to convey the idea of the organization among the people. LMAC wants to
promote the better city for all campaign, which is also assist by Samaritans, a key associate of
this program. For the same, LMAC organization wants to develop a project management
report which will give a brief detail to them about the various aspect which might play a great
role in the overall working of the program.
Types of methodology
For the purpose of project management there are numbers of structures have been
followed by the managers which will support in giving the right way by which an
organization can attain its objective. For LMAC musical event, waterfall methodology would
be perfect as it will help in maintaining each activity of the program in a systematic manner.
Every phase of the project management will ensure a successful program, when this
methodology is being used by the manager. In some of previous events or projects this
methodology has helped in distinct ways. This focuses on declining any complex framework
for the execution of any activity of music event. Moreover, waterfall methodology supports
in identifying the goals prior to the implementation of project activities, by which LMAC can
analyze the amount money should be invested in this event. As the name clear the procedure
of this framework, it helps in distribution from one person to another who are involved in this
project in a very well manner. This will reduce any kind of miscommunication and poor

management of team in the implementation of assigned duties to them. So, project manager
can utilize this methodology for the music even of LMAC organization.
Task-2
Network Diagram-
The network diagram of LMAC music event shows a methodical connection among
the different activities of the project management. It will provide brief detailing about the
starting time and finish tie of all the activities of the event. It will help in identifying the time
or the path with which LMAC can finish its music event in very less time. Basically with the
help of network diagram, a project manager evaluate the shortest and longest way of
accomplishing the task of the event.
Like, in the given diagram if the project manager go along with the red arrows then it
will be the less time taken procedure to complete this event, but if LMAC follows all the
activities in a systematic order then it will take so many days to complete this task.
Gantt Chart-
In the project management of music event, Gantt chart will give a detailing about the
times which is needed for the completion of all the activities. In this chart, activities are
divided into different phases and specific time has been allotted to all. By this summation of
all these timelines, project manager will get to know about the actual time requirement for the
completion of the event.

any business or event which is organized by an organization. To sustain the growth of the
business functions it is necessary to work on managing the good relationship with all the

Stakeholders will get gratify with the company when administration accomplish all their
needs and wants.
 Internal stakeholders- People who belongs to the inner management of the
establishment and also contributes in the prosperity of the project. They effect the
operational area of the business directly with their activities as these are the one who
hired by the company itself.
 External stakeholders- When the working of any project gets affected by the outside
people or forces, then they are termed as the external stakeholders. The activities
which are conducted inside the management have direct impact on the interest and
interventions of these individuals.

the significant role in overall execution of the task which has been formulated for this
particular music event.
Conclusion
In the conclusion of above given report it ha been observed that project management
needs different types of activities which will explain the suitable tactic and ascertain the
success of the tasks. It has explained about the types of methodology which is used by a
project manager before starting the project and after this he build a suitable plan of action and
move according to that. Different types of tools has been utilized by the project manager in
the overall duration of this project such as Gantt chart, work breakdown structure, risk
matrix, etc.
