Technique 4: Risk Analysis and Risk Management Strategy
There are certain risks associated with the project that require proper attention such that
their management strategies can be developed within time. The importance of the management
strategy lies in the fact that it helps to neutralise or mitigate the risks completely so that their
impacts on the project can be minimised (Fleming and Koppelman 2016). The risks analysis and
mitigation strategies are performed and discussed in the following table.

Technique 5: RACI Matrix
An RACI matrix is defined as a matrix that defines four types of roles for the associated
stakeholders in the project in each of the activities that are defined in the work breakdown
structure. These four roles include responsible, accountable, consulted and informed (Heagney
2016). Each stakeholder designated for the project may have one or more roles in the activities
and specifying the roles through the RACI matrix helps them to clarify where they need to take
part in the project. The RACI Matrix for the chosen project is thus developed as follows.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that as per the initial estimations and study results of the project, it
has a lot of potential to achieve the goals and outcomes as desired. This project has been
proposed by the Chief Executive of Metropolis City Council with the main aim to raise
awareness regarding environmental sustainability. As a part of this particular initiative, a series
of art festivals will be hosted by the city council between the months of May and September next
year. However, there are also risks that have been discussed earlier that need to be mitigated in
immediate notice. Moreover, this is a very budget project and it is needed to ensure the budget in
not exceeded at any cost in the project.
