Local entrepreneur: local entrepreneurs are those who invest for gaining the opportunities
around the world and they want to invest for the growth of the economy as well as themselves.
A local entrepreneur deals locally in the local market. For example, Sherife AbdelMessih is a
local entrepreneur.
Global entrepreneur: a global entrepreneurs are the professionals who become global
entrepreneurs by using their global understanding and connections for identifying the
opportunities from cross-culture or transnational and tends them into value-creating by
initiative. For example, Richard Branson is a global entrepreneur.
Social entrepreneur: a social entrepreneur is a person who establishes a business with aiming
to solve the problems of the society due to change in the social environment and not having the
motive to earn profit. For example, Joanne Rowling is a social entrepreneur.

Sherife AbdelMessih is 45 year old local entrepreneur and was born on 29th December 1973. He
lives in Smithtown New York and previously lives in Brooklyn New York. He is the founder of
SPARK ventures and future energy corporation and he is single and having a family of 5
members. His father and mother are home maker after he became successful entrepreneur and
he has 2 sisters. He was not able to study as he was poor that time after his focus and
effectiveness he started his first company and started empowering the students of high school
and entrepreneurs.

Self motivated: Sherife AbdelMessih is a personality who is the owner of future energy
corporation and spark ventures. He goes through many failures in his life for become successful
entrepreneur. He is self-motivated entrepreneur and a good leader so that he can lead and
motivate his subordinates effectively for achieving the desired goals of his corporation.
Creative thinking: he has an innovative and creative mind for inventing new things for the
growth of his business. Creative thinking includes effective and innovative mind which generates
many new and effective ideas for the development of the company and helps in differentiate
from the other entrepreneurs present in the competitive market.
Risk taker: for becoming a successful entrepreneur it is necessary to have a creative mind and
ability to face many challenges and problems. His background and experiences helped him to
become a risk taker in his professional and personal life. An entrepreneur should be an
innovator, risk taker, a leader and self-motivated person and Sherife AbdelMessih has all these
qualities for becoming successful entrepreneur.
Excellent communication skills: this is the main quality of a successful entrepreneur to have the
skills of communication for delivering the thoughts and ideas to the employees. He has the

quality that he has guts to speak in front many people and express his views and also allows his
employees to share their views and problems with him and he has the leadership quality to
solve them.
A local personality: Sherife AbdelMessih has become a famous entrepreneur from his
experiences and background which helped him to become effective and good entrepreneur and
known as the local entrepreneur in the UK.

He was born on 18th July 1950 at Blackheath, London. He started his first venture at the age of
16 and that was a magazine named ‘Student’. He founded Spaceflight Corporation which was
designed for the space tourism. His father was a barrister and mother was home maker. He left
the school at the age of 16 and started his own venture includes raising the budgerigars and
growing trees. After that he started virgin groups and became a successful global businessman.

or expire every day. Richard Branson has the capability to compete the world as he is a global
entrepreneur and faced many problems in his life to build this image over the world. He has
become more successful by his passion and competitive spirit and by his experiences and family
background.
Innovative mind: For gaining success an entrepreneur should have an innovative and creative
mind for looking the opportunities prevailing into the market and capitalizes on it and Richard
Branson has creative and innovative mind so that he has the ability to win the world and
become this much successful and called the global entrepreneur.
Smart leader and mentor: Richard Branson has the quality of leadership so that he is capable to
guild and leads his employees to do better work for gaining the competitive advantage. He is a
great mentor and leader as he keeps his employees motivated towards the work as he fulfill the
requirements of the employees so that they help him in achieving the desired goals and

entrepreneur as at the age of 16 he started doing his business for the first time. He is the owner
of virgin groups and has the capability to compete the world by his new innovative ideas and

world. That is the reason he calls as the global personality.

She was born on 31st July 1965 in England and she gets educated from the University of Exeter
in the year 1986. She is the novel writer and she had written the series of harry potter. She was
a divorcee and a single mother before she wrote her novel harry potter than married to Dr. Neil
Murray in the year 2001. She studies at University of Exeter and earlier she was an English
teacher at Portugal and now she is a social worker and the novelist.

Self-motivated: she has vision and passion to do something more for becoming successful and
this is also very important and necessary to have passion to do something and her family and
her experiences motivated her and helped in becoming self-motivated person. Joanne Rowling
has learned many things from her life as she is the only person who is earning money for herself
and her kids.
