Executive Summary:
The proposal of the project is provided for the development of a local government reform project and analysis of
the legislative requirement for its implementation and improving the outcomes of the project. For the development
of the project it is scheduled and divided into different phases for meeting the goals and objectives of the
organization. A risk analysis is done for reviewing the risk acting on the project and preparing a risk response plan
for the development of the project.
Project Purpose or Justification:
The main purpose of the project is to create a transition plan for facilitating the management of the local
government transition. The identity of the government should be maintained for integrating with each other and
enhancing the business operation. The project is created for including the resources of the origination and meet the
expectation of the client and deliver the necessary service required.
Project Description:
For the development of the project the progress plan is divided into three phases such as review of the requirement
and the application of the project management approaches for increasing the efficiency of the development process.
