INTRODUCTION
Employment is basically defined as hiring and selecting an individual for working
in the company. A job that provides opportunity to learn, progress and contribute to the
organization is known as the ideal job (Reid, Bimrose, and Brown, 2016). There are
various ways of hiring talented individuals who can work in the companies and helps in
achieving the goals and objectives of the company. There are two parts of this file , first
one is the presentation that includes three resources used for locating and evaluating
the resources for employment related purpose. It also includes advantages and
disadvantages of these resources. Task 2 includes report for the “ideal job” after
graduation. This report includes ideal job, it's job description, summary of the person
specifications and how this job will be qualified. It includes what are the resources for
facilitating job finding process.

Ideal job after graduation
I chose the job role of project manager in constructions. This is a very interesting
job role and I am able to work effectively. There are several skills required by me to
become a good project manager. One of the main skill that is required by me is financial
management. This is an crucial factor that will help me in becoming a good project
manager. It is my job as a project manager to request more funds for keeping the
projects in construction. I have to grab knowledge about cost studies and procurement
which is helpful in gaining crucial financial management skills. I have developed various
skills and strengths that enables me to analyse the financial accounts and ability for
diagnosing specific financial problem. Another thing that I am responsible for is time

management. This includes finances for an over running project that inevitably costs a
lot.
Job description of project manager in constructions
A job description or JD is a written narrative that describes the general tasks, or
other related duties, and responsibilities of a position (Rohr, 2016.). As a project
construction managers, the person is responsible for planing and overseeing a specific
project. This also includes wide range of various construction projects from starting to
the end. The jobs description of project manager of construction is mentioned in the
below template :

Seeking for a skilled construction Project manager for planning and overseeing
different construction projects. The candidate will be highly organised and must have
the ability to plan ahead and multitask for meeting deadlines and keeping projects

candidates for getting desired jobs (Lock, 2016). I have to prepare myself to face
interviews of various multinational companies that are working in construction.

Available resources that will facilitate in finding job process
There are various resources available for an individual to find the job process.
Some of these are online job portals, company alumni network, social media, job
boards, etc. Also the person may have good contacts with people working in well
recognised companies. These people can help individuals who are seeking jobs.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is analysed that there are different ways by which
employment is done and these includes corporate alumni network, social media and
online job boards. From the task 2 it is concluded that analysis of job description is
important for performing work within company effectively. It is essential for a person to
evaluate job description and skills of the individual for maximising output of an
individual's performance.
