INTRODUCTION
Logistic management can be defined as component of supply chain management that
supports in meeting with the consumer demand through effective planning, controlling and
implementation (Rushton, Croucher and Baker, 2014). Report will discuss the role of team
members in planning of logistic management report. Furthermore, project activity schedule for
monitoring progress will be described in this assignment. In addition, report will define strategy
for addressing the conflict between group members.
MAIN BODY
Role of team members in the logistic management report
In preparation of logistic management report all involved team members are as following:
Supervisor: Role of supervisor will be to monitor the progress and supervise the activities
of all team member. If they find any difficulty then supervisor will have to train them and
will have to resolve their issue.
One technical supervisor: Report will require one technical person who can schedule
activities. Responsibility of the person will be to enter the data into system and will
analyse the information.
Two Team members for preparation of report: Role of both these person will be to collect
data and present in effective member. They will have to take support of industry report in
order to gather relevant information about the logistic management report.
Discussion with group members
For meeting with the group members in the planning logistic management report
researcher will organize a small session in which all team members can communicate with each
others. In this small meeting session discussion will be done on scheduling activities. All team
members will give their opinion on scheduling that will support in identifying perspective of all
embers (Monczka and et.al, 2015). Communication will be done on capacity purchase, fixed rate
blocks etc. Furthermore, in the meeting group members will talk about their role and
responsibilities and leader will allot responsibilities to all members as per their capabilities. In
addition, discussion on completion timing, budget will be done in this meeting.
Communication on day ahead scheduling, accounting bills etc. will be done in this
meeting.

and Pang, 2014).
