INTRODUCTION
Logistic management can be defined as component of supply chain management that
supports in meeting with the consumer demand through effective planning, controlling and
implementation (Rushton, Croucher and Baker, 2014). Report will discuss the role of team
members in planning of logistic management report. Furthermore, project activity schedule for
monitoring progress will be described in this assignment. In addition, report will define strategy
for addressing the conflict between group members.
MAIN BODY
Role of team members in the logistic management report
In preparation of logistic management report all involved team members are as following:
 Supervisor: Role of supervisor will be to monitor the progress and supervise the activities
of all team member. If they find any difficulty then supervisor will have to train them and
will have to resolve their issue.
 One technical supervisor: Report will require one technical person who can schedule
activities. Responsibility of the person will be to enter the data into system and will
analyse the information.
 Two Team members for preparation of report: Role of both these person will be to collect
data and present in effective member. They will have to take support of industry report in
order to gather relevant information about the logistic management report.
Discussion with group members
For meeting with the group members in the planning logistic management report
researcher will organize a small session in which all team members can communicate with each
others. In this small meeting session discussion will be done on scheduling activities. All team
members will give their opinion on scheduling that will support in identifying perspective of all
embers (Monczka and et.al, 2015). Communication will be done on capacity purchase, fixed rate
blocks etc. Furthermore, in the meeting group members will talk about their role and
responsibilities and leader will allot responsibilities to all members as per their capabilities. In
addition, discussion on completion timing, budget will be done in this meeting.
Communication on day ahead scheduling, accounting bills etc. will be done in this
meeting.

In the planning logistic management report individual will include industry report of
manufacturing sector. It is the biggest field in which supply management plays significant role.
By involving report of manufacturing firms team members will be able to identify the loop fall
that can create big trouble in the planning of report (Wisner, Tan and Leong, 2014). Thus, they
will make strategy according by going through this industry report. In this report aspects of
logistics of sourcing, manufacturing, supply of bulk product, storage will be considered.
Involvement of manufacturing report in this planning meeting will be beneficial in scheduling
activities and completing the assignment on time. There are many firms which are working in the
manufacturing industry, Toyota is the great example of it. Report of logistic management of
Toyota will be included in this report. This will support in making effective planning for the
logistic supply management report (Menz and Scheef, 2014).
Project activity schedule for progressing monitoring to ensure timely completion of report
The whole project will be schedule as following:
 In the first phase selection of team members will be done those who have knowledge
about the logistic supply chain management.
 In the second phase meeting will be conducted to discuss the planning of preparing the
report.
 Furthermore, budget, timing, resources will be decided and allotment will be done
accordingly.
 In the next stage data will be collected by using industry report (Ramanathan, Bentley
and Pang, 2014).
 All data will be analysed in this study so that conclusion can be drawn.
 In the last phase conclusion and final submission will be done.
Strategy for addressing conflict
In respect of involvement of several people in meeting, conflict will be arise due to
several reasons. In this way, divergent goals can be ascertain to produce effective results in
business. Therefore, conflict will be take place due to gap of communication, misleading, etc
(Rushton, Croucher and Baker, 2014). Beside this following strategy need to be applied to solve
conflict among group member:

Collaborating: Collaborating works integrate set of ideas by the different people.
Objectives finds in creative way to make solution over the problem and issue. For instance,
owner of the meeting need to establish policies to ascertain effective decision to use the better
time on other activities (Monczka and et.al, 2015). This strategy is the best element that helps in
integrate several people participation to accomplish effective results at workplace.
Compromising: It is the typically strategy which calls to sought out the issue and
problems with cater position for establish and agreeable results. This strategy prevails to make
solution with parties through provide approximately equivalent power. With the help of this
strategy, business owners frequently employ to compromising contract negotiations with several
businesses (Ramanathan, Bentley and Pang, 2014). In this aspect, each party need to take
valuable results for each customer at workplace.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that planning of logistic management report is
helpful in scheduling activities so that report can meet with its objective. Collaboration is the
