Employees who engaged with the services of logistics they will implement the process and better
opportunity to grow up the part oriented goals and always looking for the new method to reduce

the objectives and goals of customer. Regulations and ethical environment helps to protect the
better services and growth. It also makes the proper implementing process or task making goals.
Company organization needs to abide all regulations and legislation wherever they
offering their services and products (Bing and et.al., 2016). In order to keep the environment safe
and secure company should follows some following rules and regulations such as Road transport,
maritime transport, rail transport. The main function of transportation legislation is that to secure
transported from one location to another. Company should adopt all transport regulations in
order to secure their own product and material. It is called silk legislation under which listed road
and maritime regulations. Apart from that, there are giving some
Union Customs Code (UCC) : this regulation came into implement on October 30, 2013. It is
the most necessary law that has to be taken by the logistic companies. It is the key component in
terms of ongoing actions to modernise EU actions.

helps to control the overall process and makes better services and growth (Laws and regulations
in logistics, 2018). This law specially made up from ship transportation under which provides
