faster and cost-effective supply services with the use of big data artificial intelligence and
analysis. The demand of logistic services are growing at very fast rate, right now even B2B
customers, like end consumers, are anticipating or expecting gets faster shipments at lower rates
with transparency (Danis and Dakhli, 2010). The effective or right use of technology, powerful
execution systems, and each every logistics start-ups can be successful as well as profitable.

As a supply chain management company the main aim or objective of our company will
be encourage people and organisation to make use of the logistics services in order to save time,
money and stress. The company will focus on providing a comfort to the customers in
transporting any goods or products form one place to another. The innovation in our logistics
will be a supply chain between every type of bodies such as organisation, individuals etc. The
company will provide online delivery of food from major restaurants to the customers as a
logistic partner, logistics partner for event companies etc. The achievement of profit by
providing effective transportation services to the customers at lowest cost possible is the main
motive of our company.
Financial requirement or Investment
The company will require around £50000, this is may be fluctuating according to the
change in cost of the resources. The investment will be allocated to various areas effectively. The
resources such as working team, vehicles such as trucks and motorbikes that will be used for
delivery, the online application or website will be the major investment area. The other areas will
that can be negotiated included promotion methods, packaging material and coast etc.

the case of our Logistics company four main pillars of the business are as described below -

effective, our logistics company will have a smart marketing team that will collect real
time information related trends, demands, competitions or substitutes to modify the
strategies and plan. The current situation as analysed by us identified that people needs to
save their time as well as money for the transportation of goods or products (Fritsch,
2013). It has also identified information about the organisation which requires logistics
partners in order to develop efficiency on their business operations.
Business Processes – The major process of our logistic company will be to be an
effective supply chain or transport and deliver goods to customers or corporation. The
business process will include providing logistic services as a logistic partner to many
organisations such as restaurants, manufacturing firms, and individuals. The company
will focus on moving heavy goods such as raw materials, household items such as
