Supply chain management is a process managing the movement of raw materials and
inventories (Behl and Dutta, 2019). Right management of inventories helps the organisation to

everyday hygiene and nutrition products to the consumers. Through, this Unilever main purpose
is make the life of the customers sustainable. The report aims to analyse about analysing
different supply chain concepts and strategies. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief
discussion about logistics and supply chain strategies which help the company to improve its
overall performance in the new era of globalisation. Along with that, there will be critical
evaluation of the issues with the development of supply chain strategy. For further instance,
evaluating the relationships between supply chain and other areas of the organisation.
