Developing a good relationship in the workplace is the key to success of a business. In order to

accomplish organizational mission, it is essential to establish and maintain good relationship.

Employees get job satisfaction through effective workplace relationship. They find their work

freedom of taking initiatives of their own and focus on opportunities. Building a strong

workplace achievement. When employees are happy with their work, they are considered to be

more productive. They focus on giving more efforts to achieve organizational success. The

report will be based on the local health and fitness club project and the chosen organization for

the study is Lomax Gym, London. It is a renowned fitness club, which deals with nutrition,
