Brexit means the exit of British from the European Union. It is a movement which has
resulted in uncertainty e in the atmosphere where the government has prohibited the
freedom of trade. Many people have a belief that the withdrawal from you will result in
the prosperity of the economy and it will increase employment opportunities in the
Nation. This will result in the growth of an economy and help people in order to satisfy
their needs and wants in an effective manner (Engelen and et. al., 2017). The major

The major barrier which the company is facing in the present competitive market is
growing competition within the event industry. As the event planet business they come most

innovative idea in the event planning business (Lee and et. al., 2020). At some point the
customers are also frustrated about the competition in this industry. It is important for London
City Hall to determine how the competition is operating in the present scenario and further focus
on the resources and strength which is possessed by the organisation. This helps them to develop
their business in an effective manner to attain the common goals of the organisation. It is
important for the organisation to do basic market research before launching their idea in the
marketplace. It helps in developing an effective business plan to clarify their target market and
the competitors in order to attract more customers. The organisation must begin with the lowest
rates then the competitors in the hope of using low prices to attract the new customers (O’Brien
and Pike, 2019). This is called price undercutting. But this strategy is not effective when the
organisation has a great business objective in future.

helpful in order to develop an effective event planning which helps them to attract their targeted
customers and leads to defeats the competitors in the competitive market. It is import for the
organization in this growing competition to sustain their long term place in the competitive
market with the help of deep study of their competitors and their strategies which helps them to
