Global event is build experience and connection of event companies and people at global
level. This create a great and effective experience and creativity. The present report is based on
the London ExCeL exhibition centre which international event organizer centre. Report will
diversify nature of event industry. The report will evaluate the values, legacy and impact of event
on the environment, its impact on environment in that they operates and factors which influence
development of industry. This will appraise the different management strategies which are
support to event development (Trubovitz and Stigall, 2016). Throughout the report will assess
the impacts of macro environment on the global event industry and this impact on organisational
behaviour and decision-making process. In order to assess the macro environment report will
shows a PESTEL framework. Further more it will also evaluate criteria essential for successful
planning for specific event. In order to knowing key strength and weakness of event, here is

Event industry is the industry which looks at managing, planning and organizing different event
locally or even globally. Event industry is known as a back born of many underdeveloped
economy in the world. Event industry has seen many diversification in the last couple of decade
this is the main reason behind the growth of the industry.

Local Event: Local event are the event which are organized on the small scale. The participating
audience size is also limited. Almost 80-90 percent of audience used to reside in local market
