Introduction
Globalisation is the process by which people, firms as well as governments all over the world
interact and integrate among themselves. As a product design manager of a huge fashion
organisation it is necessary that the various activities of the organisation are closely observed
and administered such that the products are manufactured within the stipulated period of time
such that they can be launched at the event of London Fashion Week adequately. The design
of the summer shoes must be good enough to compete with the branded organisations in the
market and the project must be completed before the commencement of the event so that the
shoes can be sold and revenue of the company can be augmented. This will make sure that
the project turns out to be successful if more profits can be generated from the event. It is
required that the market is tested beforehand in order to accomplish the purpose.

The project focuses on the event that will be conducted in London Fashion Week, 16th to 20th
February, 2019. It is necessary that the properly designed summer shoes are exhibited in the
event so that its visibility can be increased so that the sales of the organisation Clarke, UK
can be stimulated. The shoes must be designed such that the branded organisations can be
given tough competition and the sales of the firm can be increased. It is required that the
conditions of the market are known properly so that shoes can be designed and can be
launched after properly testing the market so that the event turns out be favourable for the
firm.
Problem Statement
Globalisation has taken over the world favourably therefore it is required that the
organisations in every industry invests on proper research of market and tests it is so that
products can be designed accordingly and made available to the people (Kerzner and
Kerzner, 2017). This will aid the organisations to increase the level of profit that is earned by
the organisations. The project is based on the completion of the project related to the design
and launching of summer shoes in London Fashion Week that is scheduled from 16th to 20th
February in 2019. It is necessary that that the project is completed on time so that products
are delivered on time and the event can turn favourable.
Project Aim
The aim of the project is to properly analyse the market so that proper summer shoes can be
designed and delivered to people through the event of London Fashion Week that is going toi
be organised in the month of February.

The objectives of the project have been listed below:
