Introduction
The technique or the procedure which is used to develop software or the applications is termed as
the software development. In order to accomplish the software development, proper coding
needs to be done along with the appropriate interface designing. The application development
not only used to generate the mobile application but also various mobile applications are
developed which is supported by every browser and different devices. To successfully complete
the application development every step is followed and some of the major steps like designing
application, execution of the programming code and at last the testing of the executed and the

The problem stated in the scenario is about the London Healthcare Centre which has the primary
objective of providing the medical services to the required patients. It has 20 rooms which have
required medical tools and the equipment which is used to do the treatment of the patients. The
problem statement of this scenario can be written as: "To successfully complete the registration
process of the specialist to book the room and to make the appointment for the patients without
compromising with the rules of the London healthcare Centre".
Some rules need to be followed for booking the room for the specialist and to make an
appointment for the patient. Those requirements are stated below:
1. The specialist needs to be a member of The London healthcare Centre. For becoming a
member of the LHC registration has to be done.
2. The amount or the fees that specialist charge from the patients should be specified during
the registration.
3. Following details are required for completing the registration of the specialist:
 Personal details like name, D.O.B, gender and the marital status of the specialist.
 Contact information
 Certificates for the highest qualification
 Documents to confirming the address
 Photo
 3 references or family member details
4. Room booking before two weeks is mandatory.
5. Appointment for the patient will be done on the phone and fees of the specialist will be
deposited to the LHC cashier.
Apart from the user requirements discussed above, there are some system requirements also
which need to be fulfilled. The system requirements include an appropriate database system
for keeping the records of the patients and the specialist, proper application to accomplish
that.

There are many risks which are related to the implementation of this application. Some of the
risks which are related to this scenario are discussed below:

 Risks related to the security of the application: When a server which is used to manage
the application does not properly work due to damage or destroy comes under this
category. Some security pitfalls of the security are: viruses in the the4 computer system,
spyware & adware (Business.att, 2019)
 Risks due to technical issues: Technical risks to the application involve designing threats.
The loss of data is only seen when some unwanted process is executed in the system. The
risks related to the technology can create an error in the working of the application or the
not of the application (Blog.e-zest, 2019).
 Risks related to the safety: This risk is a risk which will affect the person or individual.
Safety risks occur when the patient and the other human resources of the organization has
a risk in relation to their safety (Castsoftware, 2019)
 Risk related to the financial issues: This type of risk is related to the occurrence of an
error in the payment by the patient to LHC cashier for the consultation from the
specialist. Also, payment error includes an error in the payment which specialist for
booking the room.

The business-related problem can be analyzed by following some steps. First, are that all the
possible solutions to that particular problem need to be identified. And then, the best solution
among all the solutions needs to be implemented. To begin analyzing the problem stated in the
scenario, the initial point of the problem is identified and some other issues related to the
problem of the business application. The process which the business is presently using is
mentioned as well as the existing process of the business is analyzed. After that, all the basic, as
well as the major requirements of the business, are identified and evaluated.
The software design document is made by entering the details of the specialist as well as the
other information mentioned in the business rules. The description of the details of the other
persons involved in the business is also mentioned. The software design document must contain
the following mentioned points:
 The analyzing of the system is included in the software design document. It includes all

tool or the basic requirement is Linux. It is a simple IDE which is used to integrate the
applications and some other web processes. This tool is widely used because of some reasons.
One of the essential advantages of this tool is that once can easily drag and drop the interfaces.
The backup is also available for this tool. Some of the pre-built functions are also included in it.
Different kinds of methodologies and method are there which assists in the process of software
development like agile methodology to develop software, waterfall model, etc. The widely used
method for the development of the process of software is the waterfall model. It includes

the most significant strengths of this business application. A proper process is followed in the
