Non usage of App: It is another issue which has been identified and create communication barrier in the organization as it has been identified that there are
many less number of the consumer in the market who used to use the App to get the different information about the different train in the market. These
eventually used to create the variety of the communication issue for the company to manage the good amount of the crowd at the station.
Strategy to overcome Communication Barrier
Use Different CRM of company: This is the best way through which organization can overcome two type of the barrier i.e. all the consumer in the market
will able to get the information about the different train schedule more efficiently in the market. At the same time the Underground management will also
able to get the different information about the issue which are being faced by consumer in the market on the basis of the same organization can plan the
different activity accordingly in the market. As explain CRM will help in bringing the clarity at both the end at the consumer end as well as at the company
end. So this will eventually help the company in overcoming the variety of Communication barrier.
Use App: All the consumer now has to show some sort of the awareness toward usage of the app to get good sort of the information in regards to different
schedule of the train in the market, this will eventually help the company in building good sort of the clarity among the different train this will reduce the
amount of crowd gathering at the station.
