institute is to provide quality education for the development of an individual and improving their
performance through organising various training programs in order to achieve their future goals.
The company is now planning to launch new academic courses in next year. It is observed by the
company that with the rapidly increasing the roles of educational industry there are number of
other educational institutions that are providing wide variety of courses such as online and digital
marketing etc. Increase in the number of educational institutions resulted in increase in the
number of competitors in the market and by looking at this every company will make effort of
introducing advanced courses for the development of an individual and also to compete in the
education sector (Schallmo, et.al, 2020). The London School of Science and Technology is
facing the major problem in their industry is increase in the number of competitors. The

situation it is important for the company to make innovations and introducing new courses to
