Communication involve exchange of ideas,
thoughts, views and opinions among two
parties so that an effective decision could be
taken. This report is based on London where
temperature is very high as this report
comprises of several barriers and ways to
overcome in order to ensure success in an
organisation and also it includes cultural
awareness so as to generate goodwill across the
globe.
Various communication barriers
Language barriers: This is one of the most
common barriers that is being practice today as
use of jargon and technical language between
sender and receiver create misunderstanding
and confusion among the subordinates. So, the

Physical barrier: this is caused due to the
long geographical distance between sender
and receiver which create hindrance and thus

Psychological barrier: In this type of
barrier, the sender sends the message in
