are most beneficial for me as it enhanced my skill set which used by me get the project and
complete it on time. This helped to improve my academic as well as employability skills such as
communication, coordination, research, and applying knowledge and transferring skills. I
analysed that to work on any project a person should have enough skills and knowledge which
can be use of receive any assignment and build own career by managing activities practically.
The skills should be use practically as I did to complete the project while taking classes. The
positive strength which I discovered in session was team building which is highly important to
study together and enjoy a lot. As I enjoyed all week lecture with my colleague. These all
supported me to manage the event which can be organise for different purpose. During classes I
analysed my strength such as I had good numeracy, reading, multiple intelligence, digital literacy
and technological skills which I can be use any time to handle any project or function. My tutor
appreciated me for my well management skills and focusing on target that could help to get
future employability. Along with this, I also analysed my weakness which needs to be overcome.
When I was working in particular assignment I found that I am not able to communicate with all
team members, lack of research skills, lack of problem solving skills, weak in numeracy, and
lack of critical thinking that made me feel nervous regarding not completion of project. All skills
I need to develop in which I was weak as it might be hampered my project or task. I also
improved my Bucks graduate attributes as I started to taken regular classes and practices on that
which developed my skills and abilities effectively (Alemi and Tajeddin, 2020).
Now What?
In this stage I focused on action plan in which I need to bring the changes as I focused on
task and managing the performance. The expectation of London University is to develop skills of
each individual who have taken the participate in course and manage the functions. I faced
different challenges to became a effective student such as time management, task management,
submission of assignment timely, miscommunication between tutor and students which was
important to solve while doing ant project. Firstly I improved my communication and research
skills by sharing, doing debate and keeping own opinion while doing any project which had
developed my skills. I also observed my tutor and senior that how they handle problems and get
best solution which helped me to reduce the weakness and turn in to strength. Thus, I complete
my study by improving weakness and facing all challenges smoothly (Cowan, 2020).
