What project do you plan to undertake?
I am planning to create a business which is supplying vegetarian food to the major areas of London city. In order to collect funds for my
new business, I will take small loan from the bank. I will purchase a vehicle for selling fast food dishes to my customers. The name of my new
business will be “Meals on wheels”, which will seek attention of different customers.
Why have you chosen that project?
I have chosen this project as there is a strong demand in London for fast food and increasing youth's craze towards fast food. In the recent
times, many youngsters are demanding for Pizza, Burgers and Garlic bread. So I will prepare delicious dishes related to fast food and also take
feedback from different customers. I will provide fast food dishes to different customers at affordable rates in order to attract large number of
customers. I have also chosen this business plan as I am interested in making fast food dishes.

 What are the professional goals and objectives to be achieved? (You must set SMART goals/objectives)
In a new business plan it is important for a business man to focus on different goals and objectives in order to achieve them in a
precise manner. The skills which are required to start a new business are time management, problem solving and decision making. In
this recent times, it is important role of management of a new business to develop professional skills in order to manage specific
functions of the company and manage workforce.
Research- In order to start a new business, I will prefer to choose secondary research based techniques. This will help me to collect
precise and systematic information. I will also conduct marketing survey for successfully identifying needs and demands of different
customers. In order to conduct research in a well defined manner I will take assistance of research and development department.
List of activities- In order to develop my new business plan based project, I will include fund gathering. The next step will be targetting
customers in London city and selecting major areas of operations management. Another step which I will take related to development
of new business will be, selecting a right place for the Vegan cart.
Aims and objectives- I will take into consideration various aims and objectives on the basis of SMART approach in order to achieve
them in an effective manner. The specific objective of my business will be, it would be best selling Vegan Cart in London city which will
also provide best services to target customers. My measurable objective will be” I will achieve increase in sales by 25% in order to
expand my business. In order to achieve different achievable objectives, I will determine objectives and policies on the basis of
reliability. My reliable goal will be increase number of dishes provided in the cart in a limited time frame. Timely goals will be to
increase profit by 10% at the end of year 2022.
