INTRODUCTION
The Land Registration Act LRA 2002, implies to manage all the ownership which are
being made for the land in England that are being implied and are taken by the form of title by
the registration. This law helps in managing all the establishment of the possessions of the titles
through all the focus which ensure and manages land ownership, protection of all the rights on
the land by 2002 Act. This LRA is being made in order to comply with all the statutory
compliance and the framework through which all the possession are manages with epitome of
land law (Hostalrich, and et. al., 2021). In this report their will be provide the critical evaluation
on the view on act LRA about who owes a land and the person who will have the rights on it.
TASK
LRA is enacted by by the law commission report number 271. this helps in managing all
the management and the creation of the new land which are being registered in order to manage
the ownership of land to be revolutionise in proper manner. In today's time there is been seen
that land are the most crucial part and are majorly the key economic asset for all this implies to
provide the imperative nature of ownership through which the land owners should gain the
details and the information to know about the restrictions, limitations and their given legal
position thorough which they manage and protect the rights on the land. This LRA 2002 is being
made in order to manage the National Land Register through which all the streamline,
documentation and also have the E-conveyancing through which all the registration gap are
managed. All such land registration implies to provide the creation of all the legal ownership
through which the land owners will thereby have to follow all the facts through which the
registration is managed and also maintain the application and the support for the
working(Bradley, 2021).
Three folds of LRA
It is been implied that there are majorly the three important folds which are been given
for managing the details and the ownership ion order to create the interest in all the lands and
also to maintain and reflect the position on the grounds and their other areas for the totality of the
ownership. This Act emphasise and manage all the identification of all the legal owners in order

to attain the limitations, ownership and the general management of the work. Their main aim is
to remove all kind of frauds from the land and also to reduce the rights of others.
Another important areas is that all the hidden priorities and the interest through which the
binding of the legal owners in order to manage and take the general precedence are maintained
through which the transfer of the shares with the title hinders and other eradicated legitimate
registration can be made.
Thirdly, there is been given that all the state guarantees and manages all the indemnified
owners in the land and the property through which all the loss and the errors are being made
through the general registration. All the issues and the mistakes can be rectified through the LRA
Act and it manages the control through the strict rules and also by indemnifying the control over
the power through which the injuries are not being made in the parties. As in the case of
Kingston v. Thames Water Developments (2001) court helps that refusing for the rectification
will not breach Article 1 of EHCR as their main aim is public security(Ferone, Festa, and
Guerriero, 2022) .
Analysation of the Martin Dixon Views
In all the adverse areas where the functioning and the recourse are managed through all
the doctrine with the registration and also by the challenges in the difficult areas which are
operated and managed through adverse possession. It provides that no simple and all the factual
adverse possession can there by be deprived from the registration of the land. Martin Dixon from
LRA 2002 emasculated about all the main adverse possession through which they implied that
removing any of the power which are being given in the doctrine and the rights of the owners
and their protection of the land is being made through this act. It implies that all the registration
being made arguably through all the successful challenges will be managed and amounts to be
difficult in all the possession. Through all such analysation and the critical evaluation their can
be viewed that LRA 2002 manages all the adverse possession through which they maintain the
realm registration ans also confers the legitimacy through this act. It manages to maintain all the
off the records application and this also forefront to apply the system to maintain the registration.
LRA 2002 is variably being designed in order to promote all efficient transfer of land bas
according to bringing certainty in all question for who owns the land along with it have rights to
manage protection of land. It helps out in managing the protection and the operations through
estoppel as through the favour of dispossession of all the individuals who are not being able to

manage the legality. Their can be seen the coexistence of all the possibility through which the
judicial development and the promotion of all the management is made. Their is been seen that
relational legal orders are being given and all of that majorly maintain the cohesive system
through which the land registration are obtained. This manages all the facilitation of the e-
convening and also the protection of the title and the land of the person. LRA manages all the
striped areas through which they provide the replacement and the underlying areas and the
principles in which the confederation and the legal rules are being applied(Wei, and Isler, 2021) .
Any of the boundary that are being made through this two peripheral areas are managed as it opts
the possession of the land and their registration will implies to manage the legal rules and the
regulations. It gives all the restructuring and the efficient management of the possession of the
land and their rights though which the proportionate protection of the lands are made.
CONCLUSION
From this above report it is concluded that, LRA 2002 is mainly an important law which
is been applied in order to protect the individuals rights in the ownership of the land and also to
protect them from any of the issues and the major restructuring. This improvise and manage the
single mind vision through which it make the land registration through all the rational orders. It
underlines all the operational activities and also maintain the realm areas in which the persistent
occupancy and the protection is being obtained. Further it is also analysed that LRA manages to
protect and preserve all the lands as they are the valuable economic asset and all the person are
there by being managing and maintaining the law and the further order through which the
maintaining the law and the order and their general abiding nature are being conferred.
