Marketing and human resource department- It refers to an
department which help an organization in effectively
managing their workforce and enhance their efficiency and
level of productivity. It protect the company from any issues
and problems arises within the workforce. It includes various
strategies and policies for effectively managing the
workforce. While if marketing department needs to conduct
some market research than it require employees. For
successfully achieving the goal of marketing research it
require highly skilled and talented employees and for this it
need to first inform it to the human resource department.
After that human resource department will provide effective
and efficient workforce to marketing department. In context
of Aston Martin its human resource department select highly
skilled and knowledgeable employees and timely analysis the
requirement of employee in organization and on demand of
other department it provide workforce as soon as possible.
Marketing and Technology department- This department
is responsible for effectively managing and supervising all
machinery in an organization. If marketing department wants
to promote company product then first it need to take
necessary information about the techniques used in this
product. In context of selected company, it design various
luxurious cars so if marketing department wants to
effectively advertise company product first it needs to
understand what technology is used in their product so that
they can effectively promote their product and differentiate it
