Learning development in this module
My learning at the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA) shows that my
ability which is taken under the knowledge and related with a particular context which effects it
both the fields inside and outside of a given contexts. I have been able to develop my learning in
this university with the help of resources which integrate towards the key finding for highlighting
to the instructors. I can be considered the prior knowledge which brought me to the class room
learnings (Peltier and et.al., 2021). This is the reason why there is a preference of a cultivatable
environment in the such educational institution for encouraging the students and construct a new
knowledge and reflect towards the learning and transference towards the other scenarios. As a
student I was able to develop my learning with the help of the following scenarios in which
Building Upon Student's prior Knowledge and Skills is very essential factor for us to capitalize
on in the university. I entered the LSCA which I already knew would provide me educational
experiences towards the learning which is very crucial for them towards our education. This is
the psychological demonstration which impacts the towards our learning in class. I would have
been able to increase my performance in this university such that my learning experiences can be
improved.
In the meta-cognition process of thinking about the thoughts is a method through which
the university focuses on habits, knowledge and approaches which is the way in which I was
motivated as a student and was able to develop a strategy of self-regulation for my learning. It
was an effective way for enabling of the transferable skills which I created the content through
reflection and abstract comprehension (Karkar-Esperat, 2018). Managing my habits, knowledge
and approaches towards the learning of the higher education helped me value for the ways in
which it can charge and motivate self-regulation of the learning. The transferable skills and
content through which a reflection of the comprehensive abstract has been considered. I needed
to have many skills to be able to be effective in the organization allowing the learner to provide
effective practices. My best practice in these learnings at this university would require
communicational skills which I can improve through being successful.

The learning style is the reference of the idea which I was able to learn the best course of
content which was pitched for the self-reporting media preferences. It can be the denial of the
practices which works an encouragement of the students and help them with ability to adopt
through and gain in cognitive and adult learning theory. As learners of this University we are
able to develop communication from being social which is cognitive and educational science
which confirms making significant goals towards the learning (DeWitt and Archer, 2017). The
students are construction of the knowledge which is developing a connection of certain
knowledge helping the learners with the concept of their knowledge and understanding through
the interactions between students and teachers.
Reflective approach to future challenges and expectations
I have been able to learn a lot from my experiences at the LSCA which has been the
result of studies. In my experience it can be said that this university was able to improve my
commercial academics and also the operations which can create effectiveness to the
organizational approach. The intervention of the future challenges and expectation that will be
faced by me in the future will be related to the career development. I will focus on improving the
student's performance in their academical background. This will be done by me through the
implementation of a strategy that will be including certain rules, and regulations which the
learners will need to follow in the capitalization of organizational differences.
In the future the students will be facing certain issues regarding being able to be
consistent in performing in the organization (Almusharraf and Khahro, 2020). The consistency
will be directly effected by the performance of expectations which will be applicable towards the
studies and the academical results. I will make sure that the students are submitting their
assignments on time so that all of them are participating equally in the methods of study. Major
expectation from the learners is to be remained discipline and also be effective towards their
academical performances. From the application of certain learning methods the students will be
able to develop strong understanding. There will also be an expectation in which the learning
reflective approach which is considered to be very trendy and also helps in raising of the issues
which are applicable in the face to face contact which can value the experience that needs to be
further challenging.
The learning experiences will have the challenges related to the communications which
for the students will be an issue. This can be overcome by the students when they will be able to

effectively provide the learners a strategy which can help them towards the management of the
learning which is effective. The development of a management theory will be a theory that can
create the strategy which helps the business in the development of a strategical benefit. I have
been able to make sure the students will participate in group activities which can help the
students to develop an understanding of how with better communication they will be able to
improve themselves in all fields. Communication is not just about effective speaking but it is also
towards the effectiveness in the listening skills which are very helpful for the learners (Ireland
and Lent, 2018). I have made them work in group assignments which will help them to learn to
work with a team and develop all kinds of team related activities. I have improved my learning
experiences in this university allowing my experiences to be academically efficient.
