INTRODUCTION
Community engagement is the democratic approach which aim to involve community to
implement sustainable development in the community. Group of people work for the
development of the society (Glandon and et.al 2017). It aims that participation of communal
people can help in decision- making process to drive changes and innovation in services for the
growth of their community. Societal people, politician, organizations collaborate to improve the
services for the long term development of the community, which can be beneficial for everyone.
LSE community engagement program work for empowering the student to provide help to the
charity program by resolving their problem as they can help to strategically diversifying the
charity's fundraising plans. LSE empowered 40 students for this new program to help the
charities in which student work as a volunteer to provide help to the charities for the 9
consecutive weeks. This report will cover how community engagement program encounters
challenges overcoming for the growth of communal people. The Best community engagement
strategies and practices, stakeholder participation to work for the community. How different
social media platform can be used to bring stakeholders participation in community program.
Report further include how to educate community member, internal and external factor that aim
for community development.
MAIN BODY
Community engagement program to overcome the challenges of the community
Community engagement program aims to help out the community people for the
betterment of their society. Unemployment, poverty, climatic conditions are the main subjectable
issue of community. These all are faced by the member of the community it stops their growth.
Therefore, organizations and other stakeholders as government people, work for the betterment
of the society as it will also help them for their personal growth (Lightbody, 2017). LSE
community engagement program launched many community program as this program is made to
help their partners for the charity work. As their partners seek for the volunteers who can
diversify their fundraising strategies. Students work, research and plans to help the charity trust
in their strategical plan for the successful implementation of their charity program.

With this program LSE aim to provide volunteers for their peer company who demand
for their charitable work. Through which students can help the organization in their research and
charity planning by giving them a proper information. Their work includes how they position a
new charity project. They are leading in providing volunteers for the company which also
provide help to the student in their projects which also gives them knowledge and skills which
will help them in their future communal work. Student who work for the charity team they
analyse all the communal factor which helps them to construct a good report for the organization
so that they can include stakeholders in their program to raise fund for the betterment of the
society. As LSE student possess good skills and knowledge also through this project they can
also enhance their knowledge to help the people of community who are facing many problems,
their knowledge can also help the organization for their successful charitable event to provide
help to the needy people of the society (Pratt and de Vries, 2018).
Community engagement best practice for the project:
Give equal opportunity to all community member: This the most important strategy for the
successful community engagement program. As it is not about a specific one person so it is
important for the company to allow their each member to express themselves which enhance
their motivation which help them to better work for the society. The Best practice can also be
applied to stop the bullying, trolling among the community members so that they trust each other
and show their productivity for the better communal work.
The main principles of community engagement are justice, equality, equity, involvement
of stakeholders for the societal development. Attentive strategy, collaboration of different
stakeholder involvement can benefit the program in fund-raising for the communal people.
Benefits of the stakeholder:
Stakeholder can play an important role for the implementation of the project as they can
recommend and give additional information which can add the values in program. Stakeholders
can be government, people, organizations who aim to work for the betterment of the society. For
LSE community engagement program different evolvement of the stakeholder can help them in
their decision-making process, aware them about the risk measure so that they can effectively
plan for the project to provide volunteers to their partners company (Teo and Loosemore, 2017).

community program
LSE community engagement programs take initiation towards with the helping charity,
and they assess diversifying the strategic plan for it (Fan and et.al., 2021). Stakeholder like
students because they develop charity program's, and they prepare plan for how to engage more
audience and connect people for charity. On the basis of this program students develop their
knowledge and skills as well. This programme basically develop by the school community, and
they perform for the Charity mainly which require in unwanted situation as well. Student
focuses on provide benefits and provides information that how charity can beneficial for the
future.
On the basis of the program students improves their knowledge and skills positively.
Because, every individual engage with this preprogram according to their choice. Some
relationship between stakeholders are as follows,

LSE community engagement positively impact on their stakeholder because they apply
innovative and strategic approach for audience engagement. Positive engagement between
student and charity provider audience require effectiveness and initiatives. Student prepares
dramas, uses social media adversing, this process can influence the positive impact on the
stakeholders.

Some time audience not take initiative towards with the student because of fraud. And
many times it happens so it influences the relationship between student and audience.

As per the recent trend social media is huge and effective platform for individual
engagement for the information about any things. In the pandemic situation LSE groups take
initiative that they prepare classes for students and provides them information and develop there
a skills and knowledge.
Social media plays major role in this community program their students prepares blogs,
advertise, social media contents and many more for audience engagement (Buhmann and et.al.,
2021). They provide effective information which means each level why charity is essential, how
the group can take initiative for unwanted situations, many individuals has no food, cloths,

medicines so the social media is very useful, and they also apply digital media, innovation in
their activities.
Digital payment techniques is most beneficial according to recent trend, so they provide
links on their advertising so people can easily submit their charity funds. Now almost every
individual utilize digital media tools so the LSE group take develop initiative program for
charity.
Promote community participation in LSE program
The project community program is impressive program because its mainly prepares for
the poor people, those are faces multiple challenges in the pandemic (zu Ermgassen and et.al.,
2021). Effective community prepares by the effective engagement of individual who are essential
for the individual program.
Creating and innovating
This community program develop multiple beneficial aspect for student, they develop
their career in different ways like students provides effectiveness in social environment. Group
staff members develop plans so students improves their skills and develop impressive solution
for any issues. So on the basis of this program multiple people engage and promote the
community program because of their unique plans.
Showcasing and publishing
LSE offering best and effective practices in the pandemic situation, they highly influence
students to engage with the particular task because its beneficial for help to other people. Group
of this community programme provides individual has power to show their efficiency and
develop strategic approach for audience engagement. And this process can beneficial for
impressive program.

Almost every community program influence by the multiple forces because individual
program develop for the effectiveness expansion in large number of people and audience

societal benefit can also achieve. To improve the community engagement communal leader can
be responsible and understand the other's perceptions, or to take benefit of posters and articles to
promote the program so that stakeholder can raise the fund for the program to help the needy
people. Surveys analysis could help the organization to achieve the sustainable growth of their
charitable project. Use of different technologies can enhanced the chances to involve
stakeholders in the program which aim to provide health services, education to the needy people.

leader must have to ground their opinion and listen to their members first to encourage them to
work for society, which includes effective interaction with the community to foster them to adapt
changes for their future. Organisation can use social media platform, templates, articles, poster to
