1. INTRODUCTION
Business consulting is a professional qualification and a service which is provided by a
qualified individual who provide expert advisors in a particular area to their client in which they
are facing problem such as management, accountancy, human resource, marketing, finance,
engineering and digital transformation and many other. The project will be focusing upon
providing a business consulting report to the client in which a thorough evaluation of the
problem identified will be discussed and related issues will be highlighted (Crabowski and
Stawasz, 2017).
2. BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANISATION / CLIENT
a) Clarify your Client / Clients
The client and the report is based upon London School of Science and Technology
(LSST). Recently the company is looking for advisors of the business consultants in order to
solve certain problems related to their customers and their employees as well as analysing the
performance of their business.
b) What is the client’s problem
Currently the London School of science and Technology (LSST) is looking for
suggestions from business consultants in respect to solve two of their problems one belonging to
the HR and another to information technology and marketing of the brand. The major problem
which is being encounter by the client is to effectively find potential professionals who are
suitable for their organisation and qualified enough to deliver the best specialist professional
education to the students of the institutions. Another problem which is being encountered by the
college is related to its online presence and ability to pursue the opportunity of digital platforms
and digital education.

LSST is coronavirus and the disease which has affected the entire world and its economy that is
covid-19 (Selyutina, 2018).
b) Issues Two
the second very critical issue on which the institution need to impose more attention is
increasing competition and aggressive behaviour of existing rivals in the industry along with new
substitutes being developed through digital platforms and transformations. That is the increasing
use of internet for conducting educational activities and even conducting entire courses online.
c) Issue Three
The third issue is increasing concern of people of their safety due to coronavirus and
reducing interests towards moving into another country or away from home for studying and for
educational purposes during the covid-19 era

The above report critically analysis and concludes a very important concern for London
