challenges for the company. There are several decision which might seems to be ineffective and
not meant for the current marketplace. Therefore, this shows that the organisation needs to focus
on targeted customers, external market crises and issues which causing difficulties for
organisation (Bustamante, and.et.al 2021). This report is going to analyse the issues for London
School of Science and Technology. The college is working for building better future for students
by providing effective teaching and learning tools. The main aim of the college is to make
students learned with technology and science. The report will described the issues through
analysing external market situations.

The client is London school of science and technology which is a well established
university. It was founded in 2003. It provides many sources like business, computing,
management, IT and health and social care (Allca, 2021). The university has scattered in many
areas which is dividing into four campus. Mainly in London, Birmingham and Luton. The
purpose of this university is to provide effective education and teaching to the students across
worldwide level and all these campuses has easy assess through public transport. In the
education field, there are many issues faced by the college in the current market. One of the main
issue faced by the LSST is to hire professional experts to provide quality learning. The issue
reflect in the situation of Covid-19 which creates problems in providing training and
development, retaining talented individuals and serving better online teaching. Therefore, the
college is focusing on hiring professionals who could manage to grow the university in other
locations also.
