INTRODUCTION
This report assessment will be an evaluation based on three Prominent challenges that
student or individual faces in their graduation. The apprenticeship challenge is one of them
Which is aimed at helping students enhance their career growth with suitable support from
government agencies to acquire their graduation while doing the job. Moreover, this report
assessment will also include self-reflection and portfolio which is based on Tesco with
suitable introduction And information (DePaoli and et. al., 2018). This report will also
include the T-shirt challenge For enhancement of the tee shirt brand.
Explain various challenges and describe each skill to perform these skills properly
Various challenges facilitate in enhancing my learning and skills to accomplish
personal and professional goals. For instance, these challenges will help me succeed towards
professional career and growth. To move further, LSST (London School of science and
technology) Is among the major leading universities and institutes engaged in providing
education and learning in England. The institutional organization offers various programs
and courses for the development of a personality career. These challenges that are to be
discussed are as follows:
Apprentice Challenge (LSST)
Apprenticeship is meant by the practice of acquiring knowledge and experiences
under professionals and experts for skill development of personnels. It facilitates individuals
in being connnected to their companies and organisations while training and learning new
skills or job in order to develop personal as well as professional skills (Dewa and et. al.,
2020). Moreover, it also allows user to prominently upgrade skills and knowledge with
setting up of suitable practices. Apprenticeship challenge includes learning of various
personal skills which are as follows:
Communication skillls: It has been taken into consideration by me as one of the most
important personal skill for self development of an individual personally as well as
professionally. For instance, i have learned about various insights of communication
skills and factors that impact this personal skills in any manner. My learning of
communication skills included appropriate formation of sentences, major grammar

and literature, language, etc. which somehow resultes in enhancement of
communication skills.
Teamwork: These skills are determined as useful and essential in terms of
succeeding professionally towards growth and career. Moreover, it involves efficient
coordination and collaboration of employess working in a workplace together. My
personal preference for learning teamwork skills lies in effective and efficient
coordination and collaboration with my co-teammates and subordinates.
Time Management: Time management skills are determined as planning and
execution of carrying out activities and operations in a particular time duration in
order to achieve desired aims and objectives. Furthermore, these skills facilitates in
providing appropriate focus and efforts towards all the aspects to be worked upon for
development of personel.
Business skills: Information and knowledge of business skills has been developed in
the duration of pursuing management courses in my undergraduation and masters.
Furthermore, these skills were also supported with my experiences under professional
guidance and training procedures. I have taken business skills into account to explore
and implement my business ideas and strategies into execution.
Tesco Presentation
This challenge is quite important as it is required by the company in order to analyse
the various situations of the which will be helpful in the performance of Tesco by comparing
it with its competitors such as Sainsbury's, ASDA, Morrison's and many others. For this
various recommendations which are required for the company to follow in terms of
enhancing the performance in the market are explained below-
Communication skills: Under the challenge, while giving presentation among various
individuals and it is important to have effective communication skills to create a good impact
on the mind of customers in their preferred Ideas and languages. In relation to this I have
given the presentation for my professional career and also attend various sessions, seminars
and workshops to enhance my communication skills by which I can effectively present
information among my team members (Monagle and et. al., 2018).

Teamwork: I need to make effective team while giving presentation in my college with
the help of all the members. In relation with this I took part in the number of competitions in
order to take those challenges and present Idea by which my team members effectively co-
operate in order to develop Team Spirit.
Time management: It is a necessary concept which is helpful for me in order to be
punctual and manage the time properly while giving presentation and having effective
management of my team members to represent my perspective suitability which is easy to
understand that audience effectively clear other things.
T-shirt Challenge
The third challenge was directly linked with the brand presentation of Allstar. The discussed
challenges were to complete in the budget of $250 that included the activities such to
recognize the target market which covered through such challenge. Its motive is to identify
the target market of Tesco that purchase such t-shirts. At the time of performing such task
was significant in terms of providing the exact data regard to the finance that succored the
organization to perform the functions more deliberately in the performing market.
Communication skills- Communications skills played a vital role in performing
effective functions. At the time of performing such a challenge helped to discuss the
T-shirt budget more significantly in between the teammates. It helped to create
suitable budget
Teamwork- At the time of performing this challenge the, I gained the effective skills
to distribute the work according to their skills. Through this challenge, I evolved my
skills. We developed effective communications between the team members as well as
worked as a time on a single project to perform the functions more effectively
(Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018).
Time management- At the time of this challenge, several tasks were scheduled
according to the time guidelines. Thorugh, such time management we were able to
perform the mentioned challenge more significantly in the target market.
Business skills: These activites and experiences of marketing practices have provided
me with various information and knowledge to attain business skills. Ehancement and

learning of these business skills will allow me to serve the environment and society
with my unique skills and qualities.
Critically analyze other business functions under these challenges
Branding: Branding is a practise by which the image of the company can be improved by
making some changes in the name, design, symbol, logo or overall design to be more
identifiable in the market. I have considered the prominent challenges which are useful for
the business functioning in order to increase branding of the company in the market.
Finance: It is the another function in order to set the level of cost and make the budget for
the purpose of business plan. It is also useful in the maintaining the prominent pillar and
undertake effective functioning of the challenges. By effectively undertaking these skills
considering the prominent challenges in terms of deciding the cost and developing budget for
the business plan.
Operations: By considering the changes which are useful for the functioning of business
and these challenges are helpful in terms of performing suitable activities by all the team
members and they also learn various skills and techniques for having effective functioning to
manage their operations and other activities in an proper manner.
Evaluation of Tuckman’s theory for teamwork
Forming: For the stated stage leaders develops their team in terms of considering the
knowledge and skill of employees working in a team. I undertake this stage as a leader in
which I briefed about clear vision and goals for a team in which effective terms of working in
a team were being derived. In inclusive of the stage, several initial stage activities were being
produced.
Storming: In this stage, strong relations between members of the team are being taken into
consideration. For this stage, better standards are being delivered for which better objectives
of the team are being accomplished. Under this stage, I was equipped with a variety of
activities that were challenging for which effective terms were being established of
performing activities.
Norming: For this stage, typical activities or plans and strategies were being established
concerning pursuing the challenges that were defined in the previous stage. In addition to

this, better standards were being established in respect to productively performing team
activity as possible.
Performing: For this stage, various strategies and plans that were being defined in previous
stages were being given a performing hand. For this stage defined task and set of activities
were being produced to deliver effective results. The stage is inclusive of effective
performing of activities that will be inclusive of productive decision making (Succi and
Canovi, 2020).
Action Plan
Specific: The main objective under this is to deliver suitable competencies in terms of
performing with full potential to get decent marks in academics.
Measurable: To get decent marks, I will be needing to improve on my
communication skills. Under this effective use of grammar and performing well in a
group activity will be standard of development.
Achievable: In terms of deriving this effective skill, I need to effectively search about
the famous brand and relevant theories.
Relevant: It indicates factor development of knowledge and skills which are essential
for career development. For this segment suitable degree of considering efforts of
abilities and defined period of time to attain an objective.
Time bound: Within 8 months I have set the target to attain such skills and perform
with full potential.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that, there are variety of challenges
and skills that guides better self-development of an individual. Under the presented report
document, it can be said that, effective terms of performance of an individual while working
in a team were being taken into consideration. Through use of theories and model market
changes can be tackled and issues can be resolved.
