INTRODUCTION
Business consultant is defines as the professional advisor who helps in assisting the business
organisation and make them more resourceful . The organisation hires consultant who helps the
organisation in important decision making in order to achieve the common goal . It is an
individual who is capable to ascertain the business environment and analyse the changes to bring
transparency in the working system (Baik, Larcombe and Brooker, 2019). The role of business
consultant is important to set long term and short term goals of the business. This report will
examine the project was assigned related to for LSST collage in which digital technology is used
in order to encourage the business activities. Further, it includes the various skills that are
essential to develop learning outcomes , confidence level in order to improve future learning and
describe such roles in CV.
TASK
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
The combined skills are important to develop different skill in an individual to make them
effective person for the organisation. There are lot of skill which I develop while indulging into
many projects related to consultant service in the project of LSST collage which are mentioned
thereunder:
Information Communication Technology skills: it deals with important skill that I
was develop in the field of Information communication technology. It helps me to learn
new things and explore new resources in concise form. This is the skill that helps to
improve my professional growth and knowledge in relation to technology.
Team management skills: These skills are necessary to direct and manage the team
while completing the project within the organisation and capable to manage the task
accurately. I was able to instruct and command the instruction for accomplish the task.
Communication skills: It is considered as most important skills that are required at
every level of profession . I was able to communicate with the following team mates and
effectively connect to the people my thoughts and views. These skills helps me to present
my thoughts and contributes in effective decision making process.

What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
In the beginning , it was quite challenging for me to understand the concept of consultancy . I
was not able to understand the project (Rose, Afshar and Jensen, 2018). But, with constant
learning and practice, I was able to develop proper understanding to make the work effective and
manager it in a specified period of time. I was not able to learn the things within a given time
and consumes lot of important time in learning. With the help of such project, it makes me
capable to analyse crucial information associated with the consultancy services , and team
managerial skills helps me to achieve the goal and objective of the organisation. I was able to
understand the manner and ways through which I can help others to improve the performance to
achieve the ultimate goal. The constant growth and learning can be enhanced with effective
knowledge of particular field on which I always tried to focus for the desired results.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
In order to build confidence , it plays significant role in every individual's life. It is important
to develop to bring positivity in thoughts and views. It helps in conveying the information more
appropriately. The confidence is required in personal as well as professional life to perform each
and every task and project in most effective manner. As this project, boost my morale and
enhanced by confidence level in an organisation. I used to use m,y confidence while performing
any task and project so the objective can be met. Also, I was able to boost the confidence of
others through effective communication and guide them throughout the project. It helps me to
direct them with my thoughts and knowledge (Brock and Von Wangenheim, 2019). With the
help of this project, I am develop to my interpersonal and interpersonal skills . Before that, I
found difficulty in expressing my views in front of outsiders which makes ineffective
communication with my team mates. But now, this project allows me to expressly put views and
thoughts in front of all related to this project. Therefore, the confidence skills plays major role in
my life to improve my level of performance and task and allows to achieve the common target of
the organisation. I was able to draw new ideas and views related to consultancy in relation to
LSST collage in order to bring positive change in the learners and make them productive person
for the organisation.

The skill gap is determine by preparing career action plan which helps in improving and
developing the skills. The action plan defines document that helps in deliberating skills of people
