Reflective process is defined as the four-stage cycle and it is used for managing different learning style that is considered with concrete experience, reflective
observation related with new experience for performing all work with decided approaches. There are different task performed by management and it is used to
complete all work by analysing perspective that are used to improve and enhance learning performance with understand about all models and this aids towards
learn and understand of work through which task is managed with digital technologies. Social network and devices perform an important role through which
work is managed with social networks. This is also important for persons that work is divided according to professional task as it relates with internet platforms.
Professional task is managed and controlled through used of professional task that aids towards improvement of managing ways and identifying new ideas
