Business Consulting: LSST & Fairfield Project - Team Skills

This report details a business consulting project undertaken to address the challenges faced by LSST in entering the online training market and Fairfield in expanding its course offerings. The project involved a team of five members who utilized their collaborative, technical, and analytical skills to analyze the client requirements and propose solutions. LSST aims to offer online courses in a saturated market, while Fairfield seeks to broaden its course range to remain competitive. • There is a tough competition in UK market regarding online
education because after pandemic each university is planning to
shift towards online learning so that students can access the same
from their home and save the lectures for future as well.
• The school was founded in 2003 where 4000 students studied and
there are 5 campus in London which in turn reflected that it has a
strong competition in the world. On the other side, in London,
Imperial College London stands 7th due to offering best facilities to
students and it already deal in the online learning.

 The quoted university offered the exceptional learning
opportunities to their students and there are different
universities who faces strong competition with regard to
the same.
 Such that it already placed 132 out of 958 schools and this
shows that there are many universities who offering the
same facilities to their students.

skilled that helps to meet the defined aim and
this in turn assist to create a better outcome
for the universities. Also, it can be reflected

Conclusion
 By summing up it has been concluded that both project faces issue with regard to add new services to
their system which in turn help to create a better outcome and attract range of people towards it.
 Further, both project A and B, LSST and Fairfielf wants to implement new course which in turn help to
attract the range of students and that is why, 5 team member posses strong ability that fit between the
client requirement and their expertise.
