more number of courses than LSST.
Changes adopted frequently by other

2. GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Basically, digital film making is said to be a particular subject, which most of the
youngsters are looking forward to grab the knowledge in relation to it. This is where, R&D
Department of LSST. Has thought of launching a whole new course for students is Bachelor of
Arts (BA) in Digital Film making & Animation.
Under this, targeted audience will be the students that are holding the interest of going
into the field of animation and film making (students age with 12 to 25).
3. COMMUNICATION PLAN
Situation Analysis: Specifically, young generation is more into digitalisation, which
basically shifts their mindset from doing any other courses than animation or film making,
because future is based on 3, 4 and 5 dimensions only (Hall and et. al., 2016).
Marketing Communications Objective and strategy: To grab attention of 2000 students,
from all over the world considering social media communication strategy.
Budgeting: Budget of the communication plan of LSST is around £50,000.
Implementation, Monitoring and control: With the help of this stage, the overall plan
will effectively analysed that if the desired position is grabbed by LSST or not, where it was
